★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to buy running shoes but saw a complete disaster of a service among the salespeople.
Only 2 people working at a time and there's 100s of customers.
1 of the salesperson was really toxic to the other salesperson for not doing something specifically. I don't think I will be supporting this store because of their toxicity.
Service was incredibly slow because only 2 people are working. I've been working as a manager for retail for 10+ years and I can already tell that this store has a high turnover rate and nobody wants to work here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been looking for a pair of runners for my Mom I went into sketchers and the assistant manager named Rajneet took the time to answer all my questions and showed me the runners she said would be the right ones which turned out to be absolutely the ones my mom was so happy and pleased with her new runners she is 92 and I am so grateful for the knowledge and patience and will tell everyone she is the kind of representative all your stores should have Sincerely Kim

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to this place looking for a pair of shoes that are at least water resistance for the winter time. I was approached by a tall Asian guy asking if I needed help with anything. I told him that I was looking a pair of light water resistance shoe for the winter and he immediately directed me to the water repellent section of the store and showed me all of kinds of options. I was very pleased with this employee's knowledge of the shoe and his work ethic. I ended up buying a pair from him. Great customer service!!!
