My friend had gotten her eyebrows tinted/waxed the night before and we couldn't stop talking about how good they looked all night. I booked for the next day. Brianna was sooooo friendly and nice. I had such comfortable experience. Brianna listened to my concerns, mapped and adjusted to what I wanted. My thin non-existent brows looked SO GOOD for once! I would highly recommend booking Brianna and will be coming back :D!

I was a bit nervous going in to get my brows done during Covid-19 but she was extremely professional and thoroughly sanitized her station and everything in it. She wore both a mask and a face shield which made me feel comfortable and safe. The customer service I received was wonderful and the end result of my brows was just spectacular. Brianna perfectly matched the colour with what I imagined and everything was done in a timely manner. I would always be scared in having my eyebrows waxed too thin, but Brianna respected my wishes in keeping my brows thick and perfectly had them cleaned up and maintained. I highly recommend getting your brows done at the Metrotown location and requesting for Brianna! She provided exceptional customer service and was overall a wonderful employee. I am so pleased with how they turned out! 5/5 stars.

I had really let my eyebrows go and she was so helpful and friendly. My eyebrows look really nice now and they’re well-suited to my facial structure. I walked out of Sephora after another quick and painless appointment happy with the results! I used to get my brows done by Jillian before she got promoted, and was nervous about finding someone else to hand my brows to! Brianna did a great job and I am happy to have a new go-to brow girl. FYI: Since my last appointment, they've added the option to tip. The cashier will ask you if and how much you'd like to tip before ringing up the service for you.
