m	monic ! on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wanted to leave a review cuz I received good service yesterday. Came in to the store looking for an eyebrow pencil that matches my haircolour better; it was quite complicated. Right after entering I received the help that I needed right away. And at the cashier I received a lipstick gift after spending $100.00. And they said if I didn’t need the other item I could get a refund but still keep the gift. Would just say exceptional service here and really good deals here at Sephora deserved to be acknowledged :) ❤️
S	Shu San on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Racist, cold and discriminatory. The Sephora store I hate the most in North America. Not to mention I’ve had two bad experiences with returns as cashiers were super rude , one of them gave me a in store card instead of a refund or a gift card because the line was stressing her out. There was another associate who kept following me wherever I went . While I’ve seen reviews where people in casuals have complained about the attitude of this store, be assured this store is nasty to customers who dress up too, not that it should even be a ground to be rude for! The folks who stand at the entrance and welcome people to the store only welcome you if you belong to a couple of races. Not once have I had someone even offer me to help Shop. I’m rouge for years but none of that even matters in this store as their standard of rudeness and discrimination is beyond measure .
m	mess cult on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience, was there with my friend (both of us are brown middle eastern teenage girls) and the white adult male worker was constantly following us and had accused us of shoplifting. We proved multiple times that we did NOT shoplift (we even PURCHASED products) yet they still followed us. We were even told to “shake our arms” in order to confirm that we didn’t steal anything, and when nothing dropped out of our sleeves (because, as we said, there was NOTHING UP OUR SLEEVES.) he still refused to believe us. Did not see this kind of behaviour reflected onto any of the white costumers so it is interesting to me how a white man had such a heavy disliking towards two brown girls. Will not be returning and will be telling all of my friends about this experience. Expected better from such a high level company and store.
N	Nofar Zaidie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Sephora is the main one in the area. Luckily it's big, there is an extensive staff so you can always get someone to help you out of need be. The staff is very nice and informative, if they don't know the answer to a question they will go the extra mile to find out. Some online products may get to the store after they show up online so check if they sell it in stores. If not - their delivery is very fast.
M	Meg A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for my engagement party to make up after having bad day hair ( all I can say after the hair appointment I went home and did my own hair) was disappointed. My make up artist name was Elizabeth ( Maryam) and she did a wonderful job and brightened my day again !! She was such a loving person and made sure I'm happy with every step. She made sure to use organic and clean products as I asked for! Thank you so much Elizabeth!!!

I do want to point out the outstanding customer service from the store manager Adrian (sorry if I butchered the spelling) though. She went above and beyond to help me with a return, she was knowledgeable, understanding and very sweet.

She has always shiny and colorful shadows with nice smile on her face all the time. Till now what she recommended, it was amazing. She is a best sale associate. Over there is nice ladies as well but I hope some of staff will be change their behavior with customer as soon as they can to nicer than this time. Thank you???

They no longer offer mini samples from testers due to Covid. Make sure you sign up as a member so you can receive a gift on your birthday. You will need to show up on the day of your birthday to be eligible.
