So rough, I asked a question about a face cream for myself and the answer is so sharp and her tone was so rude. looks like she will slap me If I am not buying. I left without buying anything as I did not feel comfortable.

If my doctor gives me two or three months of a prescription without refills, who are these bozos to tell me how much they want to dispense for a medication that is not a controlled substance.

V	Vy Nguyen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best customer service so far. I'm new to skincare products, I came in and seemed a bit lost. I dont know anything about skincare and dont know whats good for my skin. Chloe introduced me to Shiseido products, she literally changed my whole life. She has strong knowledge about all the products that she sells and super nice to help me with all my concerns. Even I have so many questions about skincare, she is one of the most patient person to answer them all. I would definitely come back and purchase from her.
N	Narmatha A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was given the run around multiple times at this location. Shop at Sephora/London Drugs/anywhere else and save yourself time and energy. Their online ordering system is another headache in itself. I came to the store to return an online purchase (fragrance). The clerk and supervisor said i need a packing slip which I never received. They told me I could bring in the online order email that I received. I confirmed with them several times and they even took my phone to look at the email and confirmed that is all I needed. I came back with the email printed out with all the information they said they needed. They refused to take the return. The supervisor even called the other supervisor that told me I could bring the email print out and that supervisor told him that she doesn't remember such a conversation. They have no idea what their own processes are and are inconsistent from person to person and can't even go by their own word. Such a frustrating experience.

She is so nice ( 5 stars for her)
e	eva yue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 stars for the customer service line. 0 for photo centre. The guy couldn’t be more rude. Bad lightings on the photos and not usable. The other store outside of Metrotown has better customer service but their camera’s broken.

He only needed a digital version, and what he got was an extremely terrible quality file 476KB, and it costed $36. We won't ever come here once again for any reasons. Guys, please stay away from this place if you want to take a passport photo. Go to Kerrisdale Cameras at 4429 Kingsway instead, or take it yourself using your own phone or camera.
