★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If an anti cosmetics person like my spouse can get lured into entering the store then they are doing something right. I visited the store in Metrotown on a bad hair day brooding and low and guess what the aroma, aura and colours suddenly calmed me down. Fortunately for me the staff was available and not so busy for the first time I have seen(perhaps long weekend and people are outdoors) and pampered us with bath bombs. I am pro sustainability and naked products with less packaging and anti animal cruelty and this brand aces all these and chemical free too. Definitely try the lavender body lotion and ask for sample if you have sensitivity issue. Be nice and polite to the staff and they may give you some samples too. I hoard stuff from here when I visit my family in India as this is a unique gift.

I like that there is usually something new here and it's always open and refreshing there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in today unfortunately bombarded with (potentially) seasonal employees that were rather very overwhelming. My partner and I kept mentioning that we were fine and browsing. We frequent this location. I knew what I was looking for, but also wanted to go at my own pace. However a couple of employees overstepped covid safety boundaries and wouldn't leave us alone. I understand that being seasonal, you are trying to land a full time position is stressful. But becoming overbearing and not actually listening to customers saying "we are good. Thank you" or "just taking my time. I am doing ok. Thank you" by not listening to your guests actually make them want to turn away. I wanted to browse and buy more, but I couldn't handled being followed and literally having a buddy system the entire time. Please, take cues and listen. Coming into my bubble and completely ignoring my responses doesn't help your situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice shopping experience today with Shaina at Metrotown Lush. She said hello to me right away even though she was the only employee in a very busy store. That I appreciate and it goes a long way with the customer in the retail world. She gave me the space to explore on my own with the different products but also offered knowledge about the products aswell as her personal, honest experience with the products which helped me narrow down my choices. She was kind, friendly and attentive but not overbearing or pressuring. She let me have some samples as well because it was hard to decide between all the different products they offer. Everything I tried in store has a feeling of quality to it. I loved the hand wash sinks and that they have a tester for almost every product which shows they believe in their products! I am pleased with my visit and purchase. Thankyou for your help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, I visited Lush for the first time since the pandemic started. I went there this evening with my little bro. I had a really good customer service experience.
HUGE shoutout to Taranjeet!! She was super friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! She helped me find what I was looking for and so much more!! Taranjeet really went above and beyond to show and explain all the products to me. She was also super nice to my little brother and showed him some cool bath bombs. She took her time helping me pick products catered to my personal needs.
I’m really looking forward to trying all the new things I got!! I hope to visit again soon, and would be happy for Taranjeet to help me out again. In times like these, genuine kindness goes a long way. Thank you for your help!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allie is the sweetest employee I have ever met in Lush ! I came in after a long day of work at night, my brain was so fried but I still need to get some of my bath products replenished. She is so patient and sweet to explain every product to me, there’s couple of the fresh masks sold out at the moment but she offers me some samples to try out. She also let me know when will the store get shipping and the way that she guide me through the Lush journey is just amazing. Like Ocean Salt, she makes my day!! And I am definitely only going to this Lush location from now on!!!
