★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many items were cute and interesting but it’s just WAYYY TOOO OVERPRICED! Too much markup. The kpop albums were only being sold via cash, can’t use any other payment method, and why is that? It’s because they’re selling it overpriced and want to hide that fact, and make more money out of it! They’re selling items more than double its regular price (even if you including shipping and whatnot, it shouldn’t be overpriced like that!) Also, the male staff just follow guests around, not trying to be helpful or to give customer service, but it feels more like they’re watching you so you don’t steal anything. And when you do ask them about something, they’re not friendly at all or being helpful! This place is just a shame for korean stores. Owner is money greedy!

I went there in hopes to buy a specific mousepad, and they unfortunately ran out of stock in this location. Rather then ending it there, one of the workers (I think maybe the manager) went out of his way to call a different location, pick it up from there and offered to message me when it arrived. Was very surprised at this generosity all for one small item - especially during the hectic holiday season!! Really made my day!!
