Super lovely, took the time to help me pick out the perfect wedding ring and got it resized for me in a huge rush with no stress. They were really accommodating and friendly. Couldn't recomend more.

The guy working as a manager is absolutely horrible. Asked him a simple question and he snapped back with, β€œI’m dealing with another customer.” Fine. Proceeded to wait 10 min for another sales associate, and even after he was finished, he proceeded to walk to the other side of the room to help someone else. Thankfully a lady in glasses finally noticed me helped. Would never come back again. The male manager should be fired. Working as a manager myself, would never want my client to ever feel disrespected like that.

Highly recommended! Ash goes beyond and above my expectations in assisting me with the jewelry I’m looking for to buy, answer my questions, etc. She treat her customer with warmth and care I’m impressed!

I was served by the attendant called Ash in the metrotown store. I have lived in 5 different countries and i buy Jewellery for my wife and myself. I have never been treated with so much hospitality as I was treated by her. She is not just good at her job but is genuinely kind and really cares about your experience whilst shopping at the store.

Since Peoples in Park Royal closed down, I have been to the Metrotown location to upgrade my wedding ring. Jessica was so amazing in helping us out - she didn’t mind spending the time to find the exact piece I was looking for. Jessica has awesome customer service.

Words cannot express how happy we are with the experience we received at Peoples Jewellers Metrotown location! Bachr and Ash were so helpful and patient through it all! They took the time to help us find my dream engagement ring and wedding band. Would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for the perfect ring.

One star is being generous here, but it won't let me do no stars. I have never been so disgusted with a stores customer service in my life. I dropped my ring of in June to have a stone replaced, I was told due to covid it would take three months, and I was understanding. However when those three months were up and I heard nothing is when the issue arrived. First, the employees specifically told me and my fiance different things, two, the store missed putting down one piece of information, so in those three months nothing had actually happened. And when we asked why they did not own up to their mistake. I received very little communication, they completely disregarded what I said in the communication we did have, and when I finally talked to the manager, that's what absolutely ruined this store for me. I have been a retail manager for years, I know how you speak to customers, and the manager at this location has no idea how to speak to his customers. First, he intrupted me when I spoke, then he told me I was wrong, and to top it off he told me to "just wait it out" in his opinion. You do not argue with your customers, that is basic customer service, you do not speak over or intrupt your customers, again, basics of customer service. And you don't tell me to just wait it out when it's not 5 months and you can not tell me where my ring is. Yes that is right, my ring was lost and I was told to just wait it out. I have NEVER been spoken to like that before, I have never gotten such bad service. It sucks as I buy all my jewelry from people's, but after this experience I will not go back. You do not lose an engagement ring and basically blame it on the customer. If I were you, I'd take my money else where.
