G	Google User on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible management in my opinion. They often 'run out" of Whoppers on Whopper Wednesdays, saying they don't have any beef left. This happens regularly. They open and close as they see fit. The hours here say they are open 24/7. It also says they have a drive thru- which they don't. This location is in Metrotown Mall. Google moderators refuse to approve amendments of the hours. Right now, it says they are open from 12AM to 4:30 PM. Don't trust what Google says these days. 'Nuff said.

The website incorrectly posts this location as 24 hours, but obviously it can’t be because it’s located in the mall and the mall closes its doors at 7 or 9 pm. Google moderators won't approve editing of the hours. Currently this location is open from 11 am to 7 pm. The manager here randomly closes at a whim. Often they “run out” Whoppers on Whopper Wednesdays about 2 to 4 hours before the mall closes. In addition to them regularly running out of "Whoppers" they also run out of tomatoes despite Real Canadian Superstore is in the mall. And they make it sound like there's a universal product shortage but its really this location's poor operations management. Contacting this store location is unreachable. None of the delivery services have accurate hours as well for this location. I don't think this location is professionally managed. However, BK HQ is never concerned it seems.

Receipt was correct and staff confirmed it but I did not dig around (hand cleaning) Got home and found only 8 pieces. Okay no problem. I'll just call ahead and see what can be done about. This is where my complaint lies. Nobody answers the phone and no voicemail. Called a few times over a 2 hour period but no luck.
