I bought a pair and they had to give me 6 new pairs because they kept getting holes. when I posted to Facebook telling people my story they blocked me. please ladies do not waste your money! yes I know they are cute but they are very cheaply made and don't refund after two weeks even though they never lasted me longer than 2 months. go buy lululemon instead!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most uncomfortable shopping experience I've ever had! The pants fit awkwardly- definitely not for girls who workout or have normal sized thighs. Can't emphasize enough on how weird this place was, how strange, touchy and invasive the employees are. Will never be coming here again. All around a huge disappointment and so uncomfortable. Just go to Levi's across the hall.

This company does not do proper returns, they will only give you store credit, even when their pant shapes and hems are terrible and you’ve returned items three times in a row. Stop making me buy your cheap pants I just want my original money back :( .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just went here yesterday and there was a lineup. I wasn't sure what it was but they ended up having a promotion and were giving away free pair of pants to the first 50 people!! And omg the staff here are incredible. They were having a good time doing the promotion. I believe the manager's name is Kam, she knows how the pants work and she is super duper kind! Now lets talk about the pants! They are EVERYTHING! I feel super confident in them, they really give a nice lifted appearance and feels so comfortable on!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today for the first time and had a really positive experience! Nicole was really helpful, knowledgeable, genuine and kind. I gave her a rough idea of what I wanted and she helped me pick the perfect pair! Pants are a tad pricey, but worth every penny when every jean shopping experience you've had has been disappointing and depressing.
I would take the negative reviews on here with a grain of salt. My experience here was great and I'll definitely be going back. Thanks Nicole!

Its great to see how much you have grown here in Vancouver, and how much you have changed things to accommodate to your clients! I rave about your pants to everyone. FINALLY a style of pants that fit my big hips/thighs and small waist, heaven sent! (I always get complimented when wearing your pants too!)
