β β β β β So glad to have found this ramen place, the best ramen my husband and I have had! You can choose how strong the broth is, how cooked the noodles are and how much chicken oil in your ramen. I was extremely impressed with the vegan ramen!!
We ordered online pickup, and they packaged it so perfectly, the broth packaged separated from the noodles. They have very limited sitting inside. Very friendly staff.

β β β β β Solid place to get ramen. Everytime I come here, i get the supreme ramen. For some reason, I find the ramen texture to be the best in the area. Quite a few things are customizable, like the extra garlic I order. Pork this time around has been a bit more firm, almost cooked a touch too long. Everything else is great.

β β β β β Wait 10min to have the seat, not really cloud but full seat druing the lunch time. Not surprised. Can tell that opened rentcent years so the decoration is kinda new.
About the menu, really simple, just ramen here.
Broth: super good. compare to the rest I reviewed so far, it has the most significant flavor so far. Cant really tell but at its normal flavor, has its own balance about the richness and the faint of pork bones.??????
Noodle: as usuall due to north america market demand also the production line here, they slightly cook the noodle well.
Chashu: plain, but fresh cookedοΌi ordered their specialοΌ
veges: emm, hard to tell but good i shall say
οΌdont argue about how good it is, just drop here and order itοΌ
price: well, worth it, but beyond the point
Service: average, but polite enough
tip: check the menu carefully, ask they want condiment that you want. οΌhas to be covid conditionοΌ

β β β β β I am so glad to find this hidden gem in metrotown area. It was cold and snowy today so I really felt like to eat hot soup. When we chose spicy and special ramen at the counter and sat down and wait. After about 15mins, we got our ramen :D
First sip was great. It was good spicy and broth was super rich. And I loved 5 seaweed(nori) served with ramen. It made noodle taste much better. The only thing that can be improved is a topping. It was mostly noodle and soup. And there was no bamboo or corn. So next time I will do the add-on as well. It was so tasty and made my day !!

β β β β β Nice and generous portion of ramen. I was here with my wife and kids. I ordered large but did I havent read that large is twice the amount of noodle. So I wasnt able to finish it and was even able to bring more home. Noodle, vegetables, and the chashu are all fresh.
No reservations so better be there early.

β β β β β Authentic, Japanese run restaurant. Many options, such as less oil or more oil, hard soft or regular noodles. Very good broth a little too salty but itβs just me. Regular size is more than enough for me. I like that when we came there were not many people. There were only few seats so I would call ahead next time. The speed is decent. You donβt order at the table you must order and pay at the front desk. I wish it was easier to get more napkins and Wi-Fi password.

β β β β β Havenβt eaten here in a long time and it was still as good as I last remembered. Got the medium Miso Ramen, large Shio Ramen and Gyoza. You can customize the noodle texture, taste and amount of chicken oil. I love their thick and chewy noodle. Generous portion at a reasonable price.

β β β β β Yaguchiya Ramen is more than a place to eat, its a culinary experience.
Yacuchjya specializes in the Iekei style ramen.
I got the Shio Ramen, my partner got the Vegan.
What Yaguchiya does right is providing multiple choices for your flavour strength, and noodle doneness, this allows you to create your own balance of flavours to match your style.
I went with strong and medium noodle, it waa god tier.
I added garlic and chilli to my preference.
I highly recommend coming here, its arguably one of the best Ramen stops in Burnaby, it makes my top list for BC.
Come here, you won't regret it.
