★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like their curry bento box. I wanted to dine-in but they do it between 11am to 6pm for now. I’ll come back for dine-in and try their ramen next time.
Update:
I had a Kokumiso ramen. I expected taste more miso but I couldn’t taste that much, but it came with many toppings and love their thick and curly noodles, so it was good overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So me and my family had lunch at Benkei last Saturday. The place looks rather simple but the ramen is a winner! Love it!
Why 4 stars? Well, I love to order some dishes like the karaage and they said I cant eat it inside. They have menus that are exclusively for take-out only. I think its too complicated and I dont feel good about it. If I eat it inside the restaurant after ordering takeout, they would still stop you from eating it inside for fearing that other customers might complain?! Its not the employees' fault but management needs to address this non-sense policy! If other Japanese places can do it, why cant you? Its COMPLICATED AND MISLEADING.
First impression, we would have walked out. Except that my kids were begging to just go ahead even without their favourite to pair with their ramen- chicken karaage, theyd settle for whatever is on the menu since they were hungry. Bummer!
So we all ordered 1 bowl of ramen each and we were full and satisfied. Just took one photo since I was in a very bad mood at that time. Not happy eating while I was there even the food was good.

If you are a person who likes Ramen noodles ? soup is one of the best option here in Vancouver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been here twice and each time I’ve ordered the Vegan Black ramen. It’s definitely one of the best vegan ramens I’ve had! The broth is nice and creamy, but not too thick and it has such good flavour. All the workers are very friendly and it’s a nice atmosphere.

It has good reasonable taste, large portions and good value.
It's a good ramen place for quick ramen cravings without breaking the bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This spot is amazing! They had the freshest dumplings I’ve ever had. I wasn’t a big fan of the noodles - they seemed to be on the lower end of the tier, however the broth was phenomenal and it made up for the noodle quality.
