Picked up my Nespresso (not the cheapest coffee machine out there) today and the younger caucasian lady who helped me brought it from the back by kicking and sliding my box across the floor. I had to walk to the side of the counter where there was no protective glass and she and her colleague weren’t wearing masks. The other older lady working with her told her “don’t pick it up”. This has never happened to me. I found it very disrespectful and disappointing.

This is in regards to my PO Box at 525 W Broadway Fairview (London Drugs). I rarely use it but the few times I've had packages sent to my PO Box they've either been 'lost' or, when I've confronted the staff at the desk, they 'forgot' to put a notice in the box that I have a package waiting. Today was interesting. The notice for that waiting package was finally in my PO Box ... several months late. I'd already picked up that package without the notice then they went ahead and put the notice in my PO Box anyway ... lol. Plus another package notice was actually in my box and I picked up my package at 3:30 on Aug 2nd. The young girl there asked for my ID then gave me the package. Got home and went to open 'my' package which had a different PO Box # and different name on it. I should've checked but honestly didn't expect yet another mistake with my packages. The incompetence is almost laughable.

The wait time was over 90 minutes because a woman was trying to call someone. The worker didn't try to page for assistance or ask for the customer to move to the side and we had a whole bunch of people waiting in the cold as shown in the picture. I had to wait over 90 minutes in the cold to get a single stamp. Then I was inside, I asked the other customers I was just getting a stamp because I had cash on hand. They were ok with that. Then the worker refused to give me a stamp and told me to get back in line. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Not amused. To the SDM cashier I asked to page for help, I am sorry if I sounded salty.

Carina the staff member there was really short and rude to me. Her attitude was so negative I had to leave before I was done with all my packages. Never have I ever had such bad customer service as I did with this individual.

It was definitely the worst service experience in my life. I wanted to send a parcel internationally. Line up was long. I waited for 30mins. When I got to the counter, the clerk said you need to do online registry thing. (The grey unnoticeable sign about this new system was stood next to the line up but the French side was facing toward the people.) So I went to the website and they want you to register an account(+email verification) and you need to measure your parcel. But I put some approximate numbers because I don’t have a ruler and a scale. After all the hard work, I came to counter again and the clerk said I need to cancel it and do it again because I put wrong numbers. She just measured it for validation, not for the original purpose. Anyway I gave up because I even if I pass this whole process by myself the charge was extremely expensive and delivery takes at least a month (maybe 3!). It’s shame to be named ‘Canada Post’.

Consistent bad service, never enough staff, staff seems purposely unhelpful and they fraglently wastentime. Every time I visit this post office there is an issue either the staff don't know what they are talking about or are just extremely unhelpful. Seems like they purposely enjoy being unhelpful. Perfahpsntheynhave a poor work environment but I expect better service.

The workers are not helpful always. I see long queue outside London drugs because service is slow, even only 1 worker on front desk. You can see other staff not give a hand. Personally I experienced the staff sent me away to find a cardboard inside London drugs which is not an appropriate method for my document ending up I spent 1 hour for my mail. The second time the guy sent me away again as he said my parcel has not arrived yet. I doubt if it was true. I wish the management should look into the attitude of your staff.

Brenda L was very helpful even though I was taking a long time to get my new debit card to work. She was professional and got the work done perfectly. I wish her the best and kudos for being so helpful to customers till the issue got resolved. I took a money order here, and it is less expensive than even what banks charge.
