★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store does not reply to emails. Even if you call directly to them and inform that you sent an email, they will say that "We will reply rightaway after this call" but you won't receive any reply at all!! Worst service!

Thanks to Cristina Martinuk and Miriam Miguel for expediting my SSS annual confirmation of pensioner. I couldn’t have done it without their help. Thank you so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I remitted the funds three weeks ago, and my parents could not access it for all that time. PNB kept making excuses, like "it's offline", "there's a holiday" etc. Money never forwarded at all. Today, I went to get my money back so I could try to send it through another remittance company, and they told me it would take a month to refund my money. I had to argue with the manager and get angry before they finally agreed to refund it today. They also wanted to keep their service charge and not refund that! Terrible, horrible, customer service. Really, you can do better elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff should work on their customer service skills, this would not pass in the Philippines.
I came in looking to deposit money into my account. The place was empty, but had to wait to be served as the front staff was busy chatting to one another. Both gave me a horrible look as if I was interrupting - what horrible customer service!
Lady gave me a lecture as to how I should just do my business in the Philippines, blatantly disregarding how I went to the place to do just that! How rude and inconsiderate.
