★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super fun group activity. I did CSI: The Chopping Block (the hardest game they have) but the puzzles weren’t too difficult. There were just a lot of them! It felt like a mad rush to beat the timer! Would come again
The attendant was super welcoming and thoroughly explained everything. Made the experience great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed it. For our first time here, we tried their Haunted Mansion, and we all had fun. The staff were very helpful and professional in helping us with hints and directions. Would come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So many great escape rooms. Went a couple weeks ago and had so much fun! Would definitely recommend. The staff are extremely kind and efficient. I also feel really safe going there. I had a seizure and fractured my spine while in the escape room and the staff were immediately attentive and helpful. 5/5 would do again (except the seizure).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my nephew here a few weeks ago and had the most amazing time! We did Horcrux and we are still talking about how fun the room was to this day! Autumn truly made our night with her amazing customer service and made our experience 10X better! Thank you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heads up that the Arcade Frenzy room looks nothing like the promo photo and is more like a bunch of county fair games rather than being trapped inside an arcade. Two of the puzzles had technical issues (when you place an item on a surface something is supposed to happen, but it didn’t work and we had to call for help to make it work. We were also told a component for another puzzle was broken and not to use it, and the velcro on the back of some pieces for another puzzle were barely holding on). Pretty disappointed with the misleading promo photo and story, as well as the decor and quality of the props and puzzles. Definitely not worth $30 per person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super fun experience! We signed up for the crime scene CIS room and it was incredibly engaging! The staff are really friendly and the vibe of this place is so inviting - can’t wait to go back and try out there other rooms!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So much fun! Even though we lost it was still fun. Our group was 3 ppl one being a 12 year old. So good for all ages! The staff were awesome ! Definitely recommend for an hour of fun and worth every penny! Can’t wait to do another!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fine gentleman named Michael has made my buddy and i's experience absolutely wonderful. He was super catering and friendly. When we called we could tell this young man was super welcoming. His customer service skills is beyond expectations. Thank you for making our day super fun and we will be back for more games! Highly recommend this place because of the wonderful customer service they provide!!!
