Loved it! I went with four friends and we completed it with seconds left! My only complaint was that we spent close to twenty minutes not realizing we had to pull open a drawer that was previously unlocked because the directions weren't totally clear but it was an amazing experience!

The front desk associate tonight was fantastic! The associate gave me a call 5 minutes after I prebooked our slot to tell me that a sooner time was available! They were so fun and cheerful during our entire interaction instore and when we beat the game, they celebrated our success with us! And not just in the way that's scripted but they genuinely were excited for us! Such an amazing experience and cannot wait to come back to this location! Give that girl a raise!

Great service, I called in advance and they were so helpful. When I came, they helped answer all my inquiries and really guided us through the process. The game room I played was Joker, it was tough but sooo cool! We were in the railway tracks! Highly recommend it.

All the rooms are pretty fun. We’ve tried the joker, viral outbreak, and Atlantis. Passed all of them but what can I say. We are gods at escape rooms. Some puzzle can be really confusing, a particular one in the viral outbreak was straight up confusing even after using a “pass” that explains its. Hope they can make the Lost a 2 player room as we only go as a duo and would love to try that one.

I don’t usually give bad ratings, but this time I have to. We played the game LOST with a group of 5, and the overall experience was terrible. First of all, not even to mention the price, we paid $175 for 45 minutes of play time in a game that was completely uninteresting. Second, one of our flashlights was not working which made the experience worse, and we were not given any apology nor any compensation/discount for it. Then, the equipment in the first room was initially broken before we even entered, which wasted our group 20 minutes to figure it out. An advice to everyone else: if you want to play in escape rooms, go to another place. You’ll easily have better experiences with cheaper prices. Thank you for spending time to read my review.

For a moderately difficult room, the Cave of Wonders had very little rational flow and the steps just did not connect. I’ve done quite a few escape rooms and I gotta say this one should be avoided. If this is the first room you do, don’t let it give you a bad impression on escape rooms as a whole. There’s way better ones out there. Side note, cleanliness was not a concern which really makes me question what the steep prices are covering. There was dust everywhere and we were sneezing through our masks. Also, the escape room standard on not using force (which was explained to us prior to this room) was completely disregarded as one of the puzzles required force. There was also a disconnection between the game masters and players as the only way to get clues was through QR code’s which would only tell us what we already knew. Also, my high school drama department did a better job at set design with a fraction of the budget than they did with the prices they try to charge. And if that wasn’t bad enough, when we were out of time they tried to charge us $5 for 15 minutes. We declined and asked the game master to reveal the answers and even he had no idea how to finish the room. Which just speaks volumes to how the puzzles just don’t connect.

My fiancé and I went to do an escape room, we were not impressed as some locks were not working and ultimately made us loose time. I had done some escape rooms in the past and knew the potential of how fun they could be. I got in touch with the owner to let him know about our experience and allowed him the opportunity to compensate us fairly. He did above and beyond. He appreciated the feedback and made the adequate changes to the room. As well he insisted that we partake in another room which made up for the previous attempt and was a ton of fun! Thanks so much :)

This was out first in person escape room and we had a great time. As a group of 5, we had the perfect number for the VIRAL room - the max of 8 people may have been too full. The staff set us up with rules and tools and effectively got us going. We enjoyed the puzzles, which everyone participated in, and finished with just over 10 minutes left. With that the time did feel a little short for the 150$ (30$ pp). They have pretty long hours everyday, will supply reasonable help if you get stuck, have many (6+) rooms to choose from, and also have an smash or anger room.
