★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little park in the middle of a very busy area of town. Love to play Volleybal here. I play with my son and his team here and feel safe leaving him with his friends. Getting to the park can be a bit confusing and finding parking in the evening a bit difficult but once there it is a nice place to be. It is refreshing with a constant breeze coming down-river. It has picnic areas and volleyball posts so bring your net. You might want to check ahead of going there with Vancouver Parks Board for court availability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This park site is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the views of the Fraser River and Richmond beyond. A beautiful picnic shelter and a sandy beach volleyball area make this a pleasant and distinctive place to spend an afternoon. A bench sits at the edge of the park facing the river. There is a rocky sandy beach beside the river, as well as a parking lot with a toilet which was unlocked. It is quite a busy little park.
