★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean facilities, kind staff, and for the most part we really enjoyed our experience. Unfortunately, however, the final puzzle was not properly set and it made for a very anti-climactic finish when suddenly we had “escaped” without having solved the final puzzle. They were apologetic, and allowed us to figure out the final clue, which we appreciated. Yet given that was the primary objective of the experience alongside paying a decent cost to be there it was quite disappointing end to our visit.
*Update: The manager personally reached out and was apologetic about the experience. He offered us a discount on a future visit, which was a nice gesture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a blast at Trapped! The staff were very friendly and willing to help you when you get stuck with some of the riddles! Its best to go with a bigger group of friends! Overall, the experience was just fantastic! Looking forward to booking one of the other escape rooms!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've done four rooms at Trapped and loved them all. Each one is completely different, so it never gets boring. The staff are beyond wonderful. Everyone I've met has been so nice and helpful. They're always happy to give hints, confirm guesses, etc. I have two rooms left to attempt and I can't wait!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sisters, niece and I did Secret Inheritance and had so much fun that we did Room 057 right after. I’ve been to a couple of escape rooms and I think Trapped has the best puzzles and story flow. Very well thought out and so satisfying to solve while still being challenging. Can’t wait to try out more rooms!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Six of us did the new Cursed Expedition and it was amazing! We had a ton of fun, the riddles/puzzles etc were creative and ingenious. The staff were very friendly and helpful when needed! Would recommend this to anyone, we are planning to go again soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's one of the few escape rooms that provide more than simple combination locks. If you are looking for an inexpensive way to kill an hour with some friends and share some laughs this is a great place to visit.
Staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us a memorable experience.
Production value in the rooms was on the higher scale and the rooms were well built and well thought out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great time. The room was full of great and creative riddles to solve. Very well done. We just would have appreciated to know in advance how many rooms we had to escape from and a visual countdown of our time would have been helpful. Staff was very friendly. Just be aware that you are asked to wear masks in the room despite the fact that the mask mandate was lifted last week..But that might change soon. ;-)
