Great services!! It was my pleasure to lease the car from this dealership; very friendly atmosphere, nice people; the sale representative and the finance guys, Sid and Jason, both were very knowledgeable and supportive; they spent a good amount of time explaining all detail that I needed and answering all of my questions, very good experience!!

Very professional and great dealership service..I would said the service is par to the Mercedes dealership that I am using. Since of my first car, I used to own Suzuki,Mazda, Honda, Jaguar, Mitsubishi and currently volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes, and Hyundai...all of my cars went to dealership for regular maintenance...so far Hyundai and Mercedes are providing the highest rate customer service in my opinion. Definitely, would let them keep handling my vehicle in the future.

The "Less than an hour" service took three hours, and the complimentary car wash put swirls all over my clear coat after I just had it color corrected.

I got an appointment for next 2 weeks, at 11:30 only for changing oil , I was there on time and they told me the car will be ready in 1:30 hours, they delivered car after 2 hours. when I have an appointment and their estimation they should be on-time is not the first time for me happened like this for sure I am not going back for service in this dealership they are not on-time

Had very first servicing on brand new Santa Fe done here, which was just an oil change and quick inspection. They messed up the oil seal and filter, which resulted in large oil spill in my garage, and down the driveway. Initially I thought it was a coolant leak, because I had JUST had the oil serviced, and maybe it was a new car defect? Nope. Tow truck driver confirmed it was oil, which became obvious from the rainbow oil slick down my driveway when I moved the car there to wait for the tow truck. The service department wasn’t open on Sunday, the day after the oil change, and it took me a bunch of phone calls to get it sorted out Monday morning. Had to get it towed to the dealership Monday, which Hyundai roadside assistance told me would take six hours (which wasn’t true, thankfully). Tow truck driver pointed out you could see oil leaking from the bottom when it was on the tow lift, so not sure how service missed this??? No one from service ever apologized, and the service manager never called back as requested. Worse, initially the service person I talked to was fine to leave me stranded with no vehicle, and told me to just use Uber to get back to the dealershipβ€”which doesn’t even operate where we live. We have a toddler, so my husband had to take time off so I could deal with this, too. They did provide a loaner car eventually, and fixed the leak they created, but weren’t very pleasant to deal with, and again, not even an apology. Now I have an oil spill to clean up. Thanks. UPDATE: service manager finally got back to me, and emailed to apologize, offering to send techs to clean it up. I had already bought oil spill kit to clean it up given we had a pool of oil sitting in the garage for four days.

I've always had great customer service at this location. I've tried other hyundai dealers for servicing my car and no others compare. I will drive farther to take my car here. So happy they still wash and vacuum your car when you take in for servicing where as other Hyundai dealer service locations do not provide this.

Went here for a simple service which was supposed to take 1.5 hours. Ended up waiting 3 hrs which screwed up my other appointments for the rest of the day. I've had much better service experiences at JP Coquitlam and Openroad Richmond. I would rather go all the way to Richmond than waste another 3 hours for an oil change.

Tire repair - service manager sorted out a problem with tire flat with new tire and provided excellent customer service/support. I was very impressed with the level of service. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer service department to family and friends. Very happy with the experience.
