★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealer said there is a suspension issue with my car and need to get it fixed asap. I don't feel anything wrong with the car. So I found Vincent and his store Formula Automotive on the Internet. He checked my car with no charge! And his advice is quite to the point. Vincent is super nice and friendly! Definitely recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strongly recommend Formula Automotive, the best service I’ve ever had. Vincent served me and spent his personal time on my car, addressed every single problem. In detail, he did a full inspection, and suspected the cause of coolant leak; kindly fixed it. Besides, he did four-wheel alignment and setup the dash cam for me. What impressed me most was that he changed the battery for my smart key, which I didn’t expected him to do that. He also provides me useful advice for future monitoring. I know that once I posted this good review, Vincent will receive a number of extra jobs to do that the next time I encounter an emergency situation, I have to wait to be served; but I am happy to share this wonderful experience and recommend the fantastic service provided by Formula Automotive.

long review from a super satisfied customer.
My car had some noise coming from the front brake pads, which were just replaced two weeks ago in another shop. The mechanic there told me it was caused by warped rotors, so I replaced the front rotors but the noise did not go away. The mechanic then told me it was from wheel bearing!!!! I didn't believe that so I brought my car to Vincent and Scott. It was my first time at their shop. I've heard good things about their shop. They were super friendly and were able to diagnosis the issue with my car very fast. They told me there was something wrong with my brake pads and it turns out that the pads were not properly installed! My brake caliper retainers were bent by the mechanics at the last shop I went!! Vincent then tried to help me find a replacement part but wasn't able to find an aftermarket one. There were some available from the dealership but they do not deliver parts after 4pm...Vincent actually drove to the dealer and picked up the parts because I needed my car for work next day. He and Scott were able to repair my car the same day and made sure there were no other further issues before letting me to drive the car back home. What an awesome customer service! I'm super impressed with them. They are both very passionate and very knowledgeable. Their shop is definitely going to be my "go-to" shop from now on!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vincent was fantastic! I commute to Coquitlam for work daily and had the terrifying experience of having my car suddenly overheat on the Port Mann bridge in rush hour traffic. I searched for nearby mechanics that I could be towed to for help and came across Formula Automotive which had great reviews. I spoke to Vincent who helped me out and arranged to get my car looked at immediately. I was really anxious that I would be facing terrible costs and that I would be without my vehicle for days while they ordered parts and completed the work. They first thing that impressed me greatly was receiving a video from Vincent showing them opening up my car and showing the radiator oozing fluids. I was told that I needed a new radiator and braced myself for the worst, but I was so pleasantly surprised. Vincent called me way before I expected to say that they were already done the work and the price was sooooo reasonable! At every point in this experience I felt well taken care of and well informed. I HIGHLY recommend Formula Automotive!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a commercial vehicle inspection and needed a few things fixed on my vehicle before the inspection. Vincent was extremely helpful and stayed after closing hours to get the job done. Mind you, I was a random person off the street that had never been there before. So I really need appreciated that he helped me out when time was of the essence. I will definitely be bringing my car back here for regular services and I'll be bringing my daily driver here as well. Highly recommended. Pricing was very fair, service was good, professional, and the shop was clean and organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an amazing shop! It's the only automotive shop I go for my ml350 and 330ci. They baby my cars that no other shops would. Vincent has the true genuine personality with years of car experiences that helped me solve all of my issues. My mercedes and bmw had many issues before and now they have all been solved thanks to Vincent's great skills and experiences!!!!!
