β β β β β Scott from Colorworks was awesome. I had a fender bender with my Juke, which was hard to find parts. Scott found the parts, picked up my car and dropped it off fixed and cleaned like it was new. Great job, great service.

β β β β β I have been coming here for body work for years, with 3 different vehicles. A few times it's been for repairs on an ICBC claim, but today I came in because part of my bumper wasn't connected properly. Patrick had me come in, no appointment needed, and had it fixed on the spot while I waited, free of charge! The service here is excellent, they have different locations close to my home/work, and they're incredibly accommodating. I recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of body work done.

β β β β β The team here did an excellent job with the bodywork and painting of my vehicle after it had been in an accident. The paint match was spot on, and fitment of body panels exceeded my expectations.
John was on top of things and did an outstanding job with communication, and kept me up to date of what was happening with my vehicle. They took care of all the icbc paperwork and made it very easy!
Highly recommend!

β β β β β The staff at Tom's are super friendly, helpful and fast. They buffed the paint in my car that had been vandalized and you would never know it happened. They also fixed the chip in my windshield and it looks good as new. I will definitely use them again if I need to.

β β β β β Scott and Leanne went above and beyond in helping out with my ICBC claim. I had parked my car on the street and when I came back, someone had hit my rear left side bumper and left a huge paint transfer with deep scratches and I was devastated to say the least. At first it was considered a hit and run, but the person who damaged my car did the right thing and called into ICBC and claimed fault a few days later, which I am extremely thankful for as that is rare nowadays.
I shopped around for some auto body shops but Colorworks had the highest number of 5 star reviews. Scott was also one of the few that answered my email in a professional tone instead of a one-liner response back from some other shops and from their cell phones.
Scott responded the same night and he even said he will bring a loaner out to me in East Vancouver when his shop was located in Coquitlam. This is where I met Leanne who dropped off the loaner to me, she was very kind and through in keeping me in the loop about the process. I had a great time chatting with her as well as she was so down to earth.
I got my car back in less than 2 days looking better than ever (the photos speak for themselves) and without having to step foot or drive into the shop! All the transactions were done in my condo parking lot, I was just floored.
My car was topped up with gas where it was left originally and also my car was super clean and sparkly inside and out. Thank you Scott and team! You guys work hard and it shows!! Keep it up! Highly recommend to anyone looking for an auto body shop that cares about their customers.

β β β β β My car was recently rear ended and I needed to replace the bumper. Bill and Colorworks were recommended on a neighborhood app. Bill provided amazing service. He was friendly, attentive & professional. I appreciated that he came to me for each transaction- including assessing the damage, picking up and dropping off the car. I didnβt need to drive anywhere. The work was excellent - the rear bumper looks pristine and they even did a few paint touch ups in places - and quick! Bill picked up the car on Wednesday afternoon and brought it back Friday morning. I was also amazed (and very appreciative) that they cleaned the interior. I felt I was delivered a new car!
