★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to Bigtent Outdoors today and was blown away by the very friendly and helpful service. It is clear the passion they have for their craft and the quality products they offer. I picked up an ikamper awning and they took the time to proactively give me some pointers on how to set it up+ ikamper best practices.
Will certainly be coming back to support this amazing business!

All of my experiences have been very positive, and I highly recommend Big Tent Outdoor Equip. It is an excellent company to deal with. Naomi in the customer service department is absolutely brilliant at her job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased some goodies from BigTent Outdoor and I couldn't be happier with the Customer Service and the attention to detail I got from the team. They went beyond expectations and quickly got suggestions to all my random "camping/off-roading" questions. I was able to see their showroom (following COVID protocols) and I noticed it was extremely clean and well organized. The staff knew what they were talking about when showing me all the products they have to offer. I'll def come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t recommend these guys enough! I had an issue with my old Ikamper X-Cover rooftop tent still under warranty. Ben really took his time checking it out and understanding my issues. They repaired the tent but felt that it didn’t meet their high standards and completely replaced it. I always felt really well looked after and valued as a customer. The communication was amazing while I was waiting for my new tent to arrive. The whole team has a great vibe and they are in this for the long game, not short term profits. 10/10 look no further, high quality all the way.

They kept me updated when and got back to quickly and were able to answer all my questions. Special shout out to Nohemi for all her help! Would highly recommend and will be shopping with them again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: My inquiry was handled promptly, my product warranty was honoured (fully dealt with on their end with consistent, reliable correspondence with me throughout) & the quality of support I received was fantastic from beginning to end. I am so pleased with this establishment & feel totally comfortable recommending that you do business with them- I myself certainly will continue to. BigTent truly sets the bar for customer service. Thank you all for what you do it’s been a pleasure thus far!
EDIT: I am currently working with the operations team regarding my products warranty, as unfortunately after only 3 months of consistent & careful use I have encountered what appears to be material defect of the product. I will update this review in accordance to the outcome of my inquiry & quality of support that I receive.
Had a fantastic experience working with this establishment. Top notch communication & customer service. I travelled from AB to BC as I was lucky enough to secure a Jackery 1000 with x2 100w solar panels as they are Canadian distributors of the brand. Such a good move considering how difficult these units can be to find/acquire otherwise. Will absolutely be returning for other outdoor needs, as well as recommending to others. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty awesome space they have. Staff are super friendly and helpful. However the products being carried were underwhelming to say the least. The interesting items seem overpriced, and comparable items can be found on Chinese wholesale sites for much less. Lots of potential in this space. Def check it out if you’re in search of a specific item that they carry. Hope they carry a larger variety become more competitive on prices and meet the potential of their space in the future.
