Overall service for online order was good and on time, actually even before the expected shipping time; but, what good is that if the product is not the correct colour or defective product that was sent to you? I received two products one a clothing item that was coloured wrong and another with a burst open product that supposed to be sealed…

Horrible customer service. Highly NOT recommend to shop in there. God , bring more kind people to this world I bought a knee pads for my work, asked staff for help, but after 15 minutes of waiting just picket a guess size I need, cause no one come for help. Item was on sale and cashier told me that it’s a final sale (who knows what does it mean?). At home I realized that I picked a wrong size. I back to store after 4 days with an unused item in original box and receipt. Spoke to manager who was rude and not polite, who dismissed me exchange of item or credit or money back and made me upset. I left item at the counter and that only thing she accepted.- is it counts as normal in our world? I never going to come back to any of sport checks. Item price was cheap and cost nothing to provide a legal exchange. but the way I was treated is a problem and unacceptable.

Took my bike here back in June. I was a bit worried at first about bringing it here instead of a LBS. Dave was fantastic. He walked me through everything he was doing, gave me calls for updates on any major developments that required further decisions and went above and beyond to make a dying shifter work for me. 10/10 Would recommend! Everything works super smooth! If you drop off your bike with one of the younger guys, call back and speak to Dave about the timeline as the younger guys don't really know. Also, if you need parts replaced, it's best to source your own as there's a real shortage.

Terrible experience. I went into the store looking to get my daughter a pair of knee pads, and biker shorts. I payed for the items and went to Starbucks as my daughter wanted a drink. When we were waiting in line at Starbucks I was looking at my bill and noticed that the shorts I bought were supposed to be $37.99 but I got charged $49.99. After my daughter got her drink we went back to Sport Chek and waited in the line up (they don’t have a customer service desk so we had to wait in the regular line up.) Living in Canada my whole life I had learned about the scanning code of Canada. If an item scans in wrong you get a discount on that item. When it was my turn at the cashier (only one cashier) I told her about the scanning code of Canada, she replied with β€œThat’s not true” in a rude voice. I felt disrespected as a customer. I decided to pick my battles and let it go but I was pretty upset. I did get my $13.44 back but I felt upset with my experience. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an employee at Sport Chek. 1 star. (Cashiers name was Georgia.)

This water bottle was just delivered to me today. It is covered in scratches on the right side of the bottle from top to bottom. It was packaged inside a large, white garbage bag inside an oversized box. There is no way the damaged would not have been notice by the person packing it.

Spot Chek is cool, but the manager at this location is not very nice. I was trying to exchange a defective item, he accused me of trying to steal and he called me shady right to my face. I hope that's now how he treats all his customers. I probably won't be heading back to this location. Extremely rude. When I called him out on it, he acted like I was at fault and took no accountability for being rude or offensive.

Terrible! Defective products here and the management takes no responsibility for this. Got some children’s under armour shoes here and they fell apart after just a few uses.
