β β β β β For someone who had pre-ordered an item 3 Months in advance, followed company guideline procedures about my purchase and patiently waited for a response; I never got an the item.
I had reached out to volleyballstuff to inspect my order and they had promised to follow up... nothing was done. They had promised to give me a call next week about my order, but again, nothing was done. I'm trying to love this company, but I am starting to think otherwise due to the lack of care I am being provided as a repeat customer.
Insanity.
