★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot for Soccer (football) equipment! The staff are really helpful, and if your trying out cleats, they have a fully caged turf area with a net and balls to fully try them out.
Almost took a star for inventory, as it was very limited, but hard to say if that is there fault or another cause of covid, so I will give it to them, but be aware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well organized and stocked. New to this sport for my son and they helped figure out what we needed and answered my questions to get me on the right track. Feels like an enthusiasts' store compared to a more general sports shop, so it's easy to keep the interest level up with so much cool stuff to look at. I never knew there was so much selection just in soccer balls, never mind all the team gear and specially training/coaching stuff. Fun first visit, I learned a lot!

Place is also overpriced.
If you're ordering online you'd have better luck going to the manufacturer's website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought both a pair of $180 GK gloves from this store which i used once and they immediately ripped. I contacted soccer X about this and received nothing in response. In store there was no customer service and the store seemed very depressing. This also happened with a pair of pants i purchased. very very displeased. shambles of a store.

The employees were extremely helpful in getting different sized boots for us, didn't show any dislikes by all the requests we made. I felt that they weren't paid commission for their sales which was weird in sales environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Must say that I was terribly disappointed with the customer service at this store during my one visit. I came from North Vancouver because I had heard that the selection of cleats was quite good. When I arrived at the store mid day there were 2 people in the store hovering around the entrance to the back stock area. No one said hello or engaged in any way so I actually thought that the 2 people were customers. I stood around and looked at the cleats for a few minutes, no one spoke to me, and it wasn’t until I asked the other people there if they had seen an employee that they offered to help. They were literally standing 10 feet away from me the whole time and had said nothing. I asked to try on 2 pairs of shoes which the employ went and brought out. They did not ask about my size, foot or even do up the laces for the 2 pairs they brought out. I have to admit they seemed so disinterested I just kind of decided I would shop elsewhere and left. Although the shoe assortment was good and the overall store seemed nice the service was so People who were working the day I went cared so little about helping me I’d sooner shop online than go back to this store.
