★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my restricted and non restricted gun liscence here and highly recommend it. Tony my instructor was excellent and sure knows his stuff and much more. Hes a master in this field and sure made the 2 days very fun and very interesting. I'm looking very forward to taking my hunting liscence with him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The "Canadian Firearms Academy" is based in someones garage that is filled with clutter. Therefore, please do not expect anything fancy or even comfortable. If you are taking the hunting course, it would be better to just pick up the book from the BC Wildlife office and do the course online in the comfort of your home. For the PAL course I recommend K&K with offers a nice classroom, plenty of study material on display and most importantly cookies with coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tony is a stern, although great and very knowledgeable firearms instructor. I did my CFSC with him and he was great. He can be strict when it comes to handling the firearms, but that's for the betterment of you the shooter so you don't screw up with a real one. I would highly recommend taking CFSC/CFRSC/CORE with him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I completed the Non-Restricted course. Eric was the instructor. A great day! Eric knows his stuff inside and out and enthusiastically delivers the material in a fun and memorable fashion. Lots of hands on. The prep material that is available online is a must to get the most out of the course. Will return for Restricted.
