★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience! Truck got broken into one morning and I was leaving on a 6 day camping trip the following morning. Called them up, they said bring it in at 11am same day, by 2pm my glass was replaced. They gave me a courtesy car, gas money and the service by the two girls at the front was second to none. Definitely won me over as a for life customer. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, was in contact late Saturday night after my rear window was smashed. Replied in a timely fashion and set up to bring my car in Monday. They told me possibly 5 days to get my rear window repaired(due to supply chain issues), happily got a phone call the next day with my car being ready for pick up, rock chips in windshield replaced and car vacuumed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a joke. Had broken side window that they replaced. Did not put on track properly and it fell off. They did right away say I could bring it back to fix and I did. That time fell off again right away. Brought it back again and they "fixed" it again. First time opening window after the usual 3 days wait for glue to dry and it popped off again. Now a bit later its fallen right down into door and cannot being up to seal from weather. Tried emailing them this morning and no response. At a different shop now having them fix it.

AS USUAL, great service. Really impressed with how easy the staff made this whole process. They showed empathy, along with care for my vehicle. Great job repairing a Benz. Mathew and Hamid really stood out with their level of care. Receptionist Nathalie had everything organized for me so paper work was easy.
HIGHLY recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst repair shop I have ever seen. I fall in the trap because my rear window broke on weekend. Their website says 24/7 they are actually not they just collect car on weekends and don't fix it till Monday. If you call them after 6PM they don't have anyone available. They gave initial estimate of $600 but after getting my insurance information they over charged ICBC $1100. They sent guy to pick up the car first time and later when they make mess they ask you every time to bring the car to their repair shop to correct their mess. First glass they put on car was faded. Have to chase them for 3-4 months to get that replaced. Avoiding my call and messages. Drive several time to their workshop. They tried to clean it but it didn't fix the issue. Later they accepted glass is bad and needs to be replaced. They put cheap quality glass on your car and charge you the best quality price. After new glass window defrost stopped working. Again have to chase them, not replying to messages. When you call and ask for Manager Lawrence he is never there. The girls working there misbehaves on phone. I would have given them 0 star if google have allowed that. Stay away from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has superior service! Called at 7am (website says 24hrs/day) they dropped a courtesy car at my work, picked up my truck and dropped off my truck the next morning to my home! Only cost my Icbc deductible like everywhere else. The day before Speed auto glass had me on hold for 5min then said they were too busy???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend! A bird flew into my windshield and shattered it… yes A BIRD! And on a Saturday morning no one is open. Well I finally got a referral for Rapid Auto Glass. They were at my house within a couple hours with a loaner car, they took mine away and I had it back in less than 48 hours! Amazing!! Thank you
