★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very sceptical of car repair places. Went in for an icbc repair, and got a quote for other parts. Excellent prices, true to their word, top shelf service (arranged all car rentals. Kept me informed). Special mention to Tim, who impressed with his customer service and proffesionalism. I would and do recommend this business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They seem pretty fastidious about their work, but I wouldn't recommend going there if you don't speak Korean. The manager and a technician both filtered their discussion to me through one of the desk workers, whose own grasp of English seemed a bit shaky. They turned down my request for an ICBC quote because my vehicle (a Saab) was "too hard to find parts for." They didn't bother searching the ICBC parts system at all, just took a look at the vehicle make and sent me away. This after I called them and they told me to come out and they'd be happy to do the quote for me.
In the end, I went to AutoMind a block up the street and they had the whole process done inside of 10 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a small out of pocket job, got a quick estimate (which turned out to be accurate) and had my car repaired quickly.
No pressure to go thru ICBC unlike a nearby place where they refused to even give me an estimate of how much it would cost out of pocket (presumably so they could milk ICBC).
And communication was not an issue as the manager was a native English speaker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner, Louis, is super patient, easy going and their repair work is top quality. Excellent customer service from them. In addition, they wash your car inside out!!!! I was extremely satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My best friend's car was repaired about 2 years ago at this location. She said it looked fine at the time of repair. The after 1 year, the paint started to come off. After consulting with another body shop, they said if you don't do the basic job well (I can't explain in their industry term), the paint will start come off eventually. Definitely NOT recommending my family and friends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get a scratch and glass fixed. Incredible job. It's like nothing even happened! Staff were fast, clear, professional. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with everything explained to me clearly. The loaner car (Toyota Camry) was great quality as well. Really impressed with the staff and efficiency.

The owner went extra length to make sure the repairs exceeded my expectations. The shop professionally repaired my 2012 Mercedes frontal damages due to a collision accident. The owner explained the repair works in detail both before and afterwards. The end result was a showroom like perfection. The shop finished the job with an overall detailing of the car which brought back the original white coloration. The warm and sincere service attitude are very nice addition to the overall experience.
I would highly recommend this shop without any hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my very first car accident that was not big at all. Brand new car. Pretty small and went to new west collision but I had quite the terrible experience. Nothing went smooth. First of all, it took me a month and a half to receive my car that shouldn’t have had. Also, when they tole me the car was ready in two days, they called on the day of an hour before picking up my car stating that there’s a problem that they never noticed.
Then, it took me another week to get my car back because there was something wrong beneath my bumper that they should’ve noticed. Because they had to take out my bumper out. So then I had to go through another ICBC. But because it’s unknown damage, I had to do another claim.
In the end, they told me they will just cover it up for me by giving them cash.
After they were done fixing my car, I took a look and there was a little gap where they did not put the parts together properly.
I would not recommend this body shop. Never. Just absolutely ridiculous
