They told me that It would cost me $1000 to get a minivan for a month and they charged me $2100 instead,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I came on time to pick up my car, they told me to wait 15 minutes for an oil change. After waiting 30 minutes, I was brought to my car. When I left the office, I noticed that the oil change was due in about 800 KM. So I waited for nothing and had to do an oil change on my own time for their vehicle.
The car I picked up had food, toys and chocolate milk all over the trunk which I didn't notice until we left. It was a last minute trip to Ontario from BC for a family emergency so we had no time to go back for a new rental vehicle.
I called to extend my rental and was told they will honor my rental agreement if I doubled it. When I got the bill after dropping off, I was overcharged by about $1000. And now, the employee who I talked to conveniently doesn't work there anymore. And I've been waiting for a call from them for over a month with no resolution at all.

Be aware of gas gauge, they charge more than what you use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besides the fact that was a bit hard to find the entrance via google maps, I strongly recommend their service! They were super friendly, they had the vehicle I needed right away no need to wait. Also on the delivery was quick an easy without any over charges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a Hertz customer for over 20 years and I never expected the experience to be so bad at this unit! They got me a dirty car inside and out, had wheel balance issues which I complained on the second day and after almost 70 days with the car I returned the car without any satisfaction from them. I called in to change oil because it was due during the time the car was with me and instead of giving me another car, they ask me to go and change oil for them somewhere more than 20 km from my house. What kind of service is this Hertz? It's not to say that the office is hard to look at on how dirty it is and the manager's desk is an empty box!

I would give them 0 start if I could.
They gave me a rental car and i was discussed
The car was dirty in and out
Check engine was on , instead of changing a car.
Manager told me to stop by at a mechanic to fix the car , I was there for 4 hours
The mechanic was shocked that a customer brings Rental car to mechanic to fix the issue. ?
Highly not recommended.
There is a lot of better car rental around

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The vehicle selection was poor. The SUV we rented was excellent. The management has a poor attitude towards customers. Make sure you take your own pics of body, windshield and tires!!! They have zero symetry or diligence. One guy took a pic of a ding in the windshield...the manager attempted blame us for that ding a day later.
