★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been looking for a reliable phone carrier for a while now and have had no luck, considering the significantly inflated prices most decent providers carried. Abdullah from Tbooth listened to the criteria I was looking for and made sure that the plan I got provided exactly what I needed. Its been about a week now and everything is running smoothly and i'm very happy with my new line. Id like to thank the folks at Tbooth and specifically Abdullah for the phenomenal service provided!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially I had a very bad experience with Isa, but the other manager, Cathy, did her best to help me. I went there to upgrade my cell phone, and even though I decided not to proceed with the agreement, Isa mistakenly replaced my 25G plan with a 4G (at the same price), and he was not willing to take responsibility and help me resolve that. However, a few days later, I met Cathy, she acknowledged the problem, and did her best to help me. I hope Isa learns that even if he can't fix a mistakes, he can at least take responsibility and offer an apology. I would like to thank again Cathy for being helpful, friendly, and professional!
