Although some are professional, polite and honest enough to recognize their mistake and apologize, the manager is very rude and did not even apologize for charging my account by mistake for the phone that i did not purchase and for the trouble and headache that they caused.
Because of their mistake in billing me for the phone that I didn't buy, I spent hours on the phone with the call center and had to physically go to the store again to correct their mistake. I tried to resolve it by phone in order to avoid going back, but was not possible, because I believe that the staff were not knowledgeable.
Shaw must be accountable for the behavior and professionalism at their retail store.
