★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently decided to upgrade my phone and Telus service plan and was extremely pleased with the service I received at the Lougheed Mall storefront. Kirkland, the service-rep who worked with me, was extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, patient and thorough. Kirkland was also very interesting, which was a bonus since it was a fairly lengthy procedure to complete. I love my new phone, I am pleased with the terms of my new service plan, and I am confident that I can drop by for help and advice as I get used to the changes ... I’ve done so once already.

Saeid and his manager Jayson went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and that I left happy. Customer retention in our post COVID environment is really important for businesses - especially ones in retail spaces. Telus locations will not have a problem with this if they keep people like Saeid and Jayson around!
