★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is good and kind guys. But I really want you guys to know about freedom mobile quality.
My 4 family members are using almost 2 yrs. We missed many times from someone's calling. especially poirier library in Coquitlam area and metro and willingdon ave. area. Most terrible thing is that promotion is expired before 3 months contract remained. So I have to pay more about $18 from now to May. They just told me this is freedom policy. otherwise I have to Choose another option for 6 month more .. I just let you guys remind that Don't fall for cheap data plan.
From 10. May, my family will free from freedom. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never recommend this place! I was there last evening and just wanted to upgrade my phone. They are taking advantage of COVID-19 situation and don't let people in the store.One of the staff gave information and price for the plan to my husband and then just let me in the store for the paperwork and then changed the price and gave the same plan with more monthly payment. I.'m sure it was a trick!!! I'm so unhappy becuse they are not honest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm giving five stars because this is for reviewing the store and I got a great plan for a very good price. However, I went back to Bell after a month because Freedom coverage is TERRIBLE. There's no point in having a data plan if you're rarely connected to their network. There are many places in Greater Vancouver where I couldn't even text and call!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought that maybe there was something better out there for my cell needs. Nope I came right back after 3 months. Great price , terrific plans tailored to each person's needs. I've brought majority of my friends and family members to Freedom. I wont change again, who likes paying more to have way less?Not me. Thankx Freedom!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to get a phone and they offered a screen protector at $25. They installed it uneven to a point where when I got a case one side would overlap and one side wouldn’t touch the screen protector. I came here for a return or replacement and they told me they would refund me because they had no more screen protectors. After 5 mins she comes back and tells me that they don’t do refunds and I have to come back tomorrow to get it installed?!! I live far away and when I asked if I can go to a local freedom to replace it they said no. I trusted freedom to give me service for the the money I’m paying. I payed $25 here for not good job while upstairs they do a much better job for $5. I recommend these guys to two people and they both came and got new phones. No more commendations from me and do itself a favour avoid this place at all costs !

Their candidness and honesty in putting customer first is highly appreciated, and I would definitely consult here again if I moved to a place with better coverage.
