★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience when taking back a Drone after Xmas. The very expensive warrenty that I had bought was practically useless, as I spent an hour arguing with the store assistant and district manager (via the phone), as they refused to replace the defective Drone.
Very disappointing customer service experience; I do not recommend this store or company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go here alot with my son who is autistic but I was their yesterday and the asian lady was very pushy my son touched one spongy toy and she sped over and said to him dont touch that. And when I reached for the cat toy she again comes over and ask are we gonna buy that. We put everything back and left . This was the first time dealing with her. The other girls that work their are amazing especially around my son. That's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great prices except employees don't wear masks...or shields??? Would rather spend my money elsewhere just for that reason alone.
Clarification: employee had a shield that was lifted the entire time I was in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make sure you ask about their return policies on Squishmallows before purchasing! I bought some as gifts and was told that I had 30 days to return them if the tags are still on, but when I went to the Coquitlam location they said that returns exclude squishmallows even though it’s not mentioned anywhere in their return policies both online and on the receipt/in store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff Lady was rude. I mistakenly read that the Reese's peanut butter was $3.99 because it was on the shelf that had that tag. When I went in the counter to pay I was surprised to learn it was $10, she told me to read. Worse customer service I had so far from Showcase
