Probably the worst customer service experience ever, I will never shop there again. Rude and lying sales staff. One star rating is one too many. We were told the at the time of purchase that the delivery fee of $135 included the removal of the old chair. Not the case, now Yaletown wanted an extra $50 to take it away, the delivery driver was most gracious and understanding, he offered to take it for free because it was a good chair and HE suggested that $30 would be a generous amount - only if I wanted to- and I did. The customer service clerk was rude and condescending on the phone, refusing to discuss any misunderstanding and instead passed me off to the sales clerk who could care less. This chair was ordered on Oct 11 and I was told it β€œcould” be here by Christmas. I called for an update the first week of January and was told it should be here any day. A month later on Feb 13 I went into the store requesting a firm delivery date or a full refund as it had been on order for 4 months and was told she didn’t know where the chair was but as it was a long weekend a CS clerk would call me back on Tuesday. At 11 am Tues a phone call revealed that my chair had magically surfaced from the warehouse where I’m sure it’d been sitting for the past month or two. Nobody had followed up in four months or even seemed to care where this chair was until I walked into the store requesting a firm delivery date. Yes, delivery was arranged and made on Friday as promised by a great couple of men who cheerfully offered to set up the chair and take the old one away. All that aside, I’m pleased with the size and quality of the recliner, it seems to be well constructed.

Love our furniture from here! We appreciated the friendly and super helpful service! Delivery was smooth and FAST! They were in touch with us if there were any scheduling changes. We LOVE the quality of our sectional. We bought the extended warranty! Great add. Love this zebra soft chair too for my son! Thank you!

Furniture not worth it at all...paid $2800 for a cabinet that took months to arrive. After a week the drawers started becoming loose. Not to mention, it came damaged. No bother in calling customer service, they won't help you, only time they are helpful is when your wallet is out. My best advice, stay far away from this place. Quite sad that they have such beautiful things at this place. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

We purchased an expensive leather sectional and recliner from here a few months ago and just received it last week. After sitting on it for a mere five minutes, it leaves a dent and wrinkles where someone had sat. The recliner came with a scratch and the footrest wobbles. We contacted the customer service right away and were met with the excuse that everything is "normal". After a few exchanges through email, they finally said they would send a technician who pretty much walked in and out and didn't help with anything. Then we contacted the customer service again and were told that they were sent as reassurance for what she had said was "normal" and essentially was to shut our mouths! They weren't able to provided examples of what defects looked like because apparently that is an unfair ask. When asked for the owner to call us, we receive nothing after waiting a week. The customer service of the sales staff Joanne at the time was great but once you've paid your money, don't bother being able to speak with them about any issues. The customer service of Angela, especially, was extremely poor. All issues are normal, any questions asked become unfair asks, and promises don't exist at this place! Update: After a month, the owner still hasn't contacted me about the issue and really jusg doesn't seem to care about his customers after he has made a sale. I keep getting told by the staff that he is coming in later in the day and will be reminded to call but he never does.

12 years ago we purchased furniture from Lane in Coquitlam, a love seat with foot rests. Recently one of the foot rests broke and it was beyond my ability to fix. After phoning around, I decided to give Lane a call. I spoke with Angela, who, I must say, provided some of the best, if not the best customer service I have ever received, or heard about. Angela went out of her way to find a mobile furniture repair company to come to our home and repair the love seat. Luis, the repair technician was fast and efficient and very pleasant. Thank you both for this extraordinary service, you really went above and beyond.

We had a wonderful experience at Yaletown Interiors. Our new king bedroom set is beautiful in both workmanship and quality. Joanne Holt and Angela McKay demonstrated exceptional customer service. Angela enjoys bringing happiness to her customers and this trait shines through in the care she puts into her work and the customer she is helping.

Great selection of bedroom furnishings. The sales women worked tirelessly to provide a great service while staying within our budget. Beautiful crafted bedframes and matching dressers fit what our ideal bedroom would look like. They kept us informed on progress and delivery of the items. The delivery team was excellent and professional. They ensured we were happy before cleaning up and discarding the wrapping. No damage to the furniture or to the home, very professional team. The sales woman followed up after the sale and ensured we were satisfied. Absolutely going to keep using this company for my home furnishings!
