Made an appointment with Christian to look at sofa beds. Glad we made appointment because it was busy. We had his full and undivided attention thru the entire process. He was knowledgeable and easy going, and fun! Got the couch I wanted and full explanation of all guarantees. Perfect experience, thanks Christian.

*Writing on behalf of my grandmother* This La-Z-Boy location as well as their sales staff have been super helpful in getting me my furniture this year, regardless of the pandemic and flooding and the resulting shipping delays. The sales associate Elly did her best in making sure that I was happy with my choice, and the rest of the team made sure I got my furniture delivered in time for Christmas with my family.

I was greeted politely as soon as I walked in the door. Had a couple of minutes to wander around and then was approached by the really friendly, lady Anjelene. I was looking for recliner and we talked about the kind and price range I was looking. As we walked through the store she had more of an idea of what I wanted. We looked in the clearance section and found what I have been searching for. And it was on clearance and discounted. Best part is that I can bring it home in a few days. Not 3 - 6 months . I got lucky thanks to Anjelene. We picked up the recliner, and are very pleased with the quality of the product and look forward to many years of comfort.

Great experience at Lazy boy. From when entered the store until we left. Staff where friendly and helpful. They where not pushy or following you around so we could browse at our leisure with no hassle. Once we picked our reclining chair the sales process was straightforward no hassle or trying to upsell more add ons. I would strongly recommend and yes the item was delivered on time no problems. We will definitely return for other items. Thank you for good service.

We just had a fantastic experience buying a new livingroom set with Elly and Sheila. They listened to our needs, guided up to a great fit for our home. We had so much fun. Elly came over to our home as part of their complementary service to measure our room to ensure our new furniture was going to fit. Her attention to detail and expertise was absolutely top notch. Highly recommended.

After shopping around we bought a rocking recliner at this store. The sales person really focused on the flawless after service. Two weeks after delivery Nov 2021 the heat and massage stopped working. We contacted the store and was told no problem someone will come. Two weeks later we find out from the repairman that it’s a computer chip problem. He contacted us from his shop to say he will have the chips shortly and he will contact us when they arrive to arrange a service call to install them. No call ever comes. My husband went on a telephone tag which eventually lead to hearing that the service guy didn’t have the chips and we are still waiting for the β€œnext order” to arrive. Mar 8 we received a tracking number which didn’t work. Hubby called AMD March 29 and after a long wait we got someone on the line. She said she couldn’t help us but she would transfer us to lazy boy. They never returned the call. March 30, 2022 Thank you Beverly for finding the people and putting it altogether for us. April 1,2022

We were looking for a sofa and there were so many options on the floor. Dorothy walked us through the different pieces, allowed time for us to try and answered all our questions. With her help, we found an great piece and Dorothy made sure we understand the care package and warranty, arranged shipment with instructions to deliver and assemble. The process was transparent and clear. Apparently you can also get help to remove the old sofa for a reasonable fee. So looking forward to receiving the new sofa in a month or so.

We visited the Coquitlam location right before Covid hit. We picked out a couch, but were unsure of the measurements, so we had a La-Z-Boy "designer" come to our house. She measured and let us know that the couch would fit, measured for a rug, etc. When we got to the store to look at her choices I questioned the rug sizing she picked, she assured me it was perfect. Covid hit, so we had to wait a bit for delivery, which is understandable. Unfortunately the rug was too small for the room. When we contacted the store their condescending advice was to move the furniture away from the wall to make the rug fit better. Ummmmmm....no! $1100 for a rug and over $8000 for furniture, I'm not going to move the furniture away from the wall to make the rug size she choose fit properly. They said we could exchange it for a $500 restocking fee, which is also insane, since it was their error to begin with. And the sectional.....horribly uncomfortable where the seats hook up, like lumps. One portion has a much smaller back pillow than the rest and after only two years the material is already pilling. We won't be back and we definitely don't recommend friends/family visit either.
