★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why is this Canadian? Store selling fabric by the YARD? If this was accommodating online shopping,as sales clerk stated, then it should still be in metric with a simple online conversion button! Very disappointed.

Staff are supportive. Polite and knowledgeable. Huge wide selection of products. They have pretty much everything you want. Convenient location and lots of parking.
Prices are right and clean store. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Fabricana to buy outdoor fabric for a replacement 10x10 ft canopy. They only seem to have a small selection and this is my first time buying fabric. They sold me a lovely stripe fabric... See photos... But... my experienced seamstress couldn't stop complaining about it. Seems like a poor quality material that is difficult to stitch and might rip at any moment. When fitting the canopy, I could see how some of the stitches were pulling and already almost ripping the poor quality fabric next to the stitches :-( We'll see how it lasts, but I'm not happy with the sales advice I got from Fabricana. I would have definitely paid for a higher quality material if Fabricana had advised me to buy that. I'm not a happy customer...

Staff was friendly a d helpful. Only draw back is how expensive the fabric and notions are....especially for beginners.

She was amazing - so pleasant, cheerful, knowledgeable and helpful - never made us feel stupid for our lack of knowledge. We came away with exactly what we needed and will definitely go back again for more material.
