What baffled me is that the ladies that worked their would tell me a lower price per meter for the fabric and when they asked the owner he would tell me two dollars higher and said the price has gone up because of Covid. It was my first visit. I did buy some fabric but will never trust the owner "if" i ever go back. And i never ever bargain. I put my trust in the merchant. But for people like him i might have to learn to bargain and go against my own rules. ?‍♀️

We had to call and remind them 5-6 times over the span of 6 months to get updates and even CHANGE the original material half way through. They continuously failed to provide any updates or show any urgency. When they finally arrived, none of the shoes fit my groomsmen, despite having gotten fitted in their store and confirming the style of the shoes. They did a different style of Punjabi jutti which was too narrow and none of the guys heels fit in the shoe. We had to argue with him in store about it and he finally gave us back 150 of the 250 we paid for the 5 shoes which he took back, we figured that's the best we are gunna get. You expect a certain level of difficulty when dealing with Indian stores, but now as things become more modern you cannot continue to give such poor service. Also they have very poor organization and tracking of things so if you have to keep on-top of them more than you'd expect. Honestly I wouldn't bother with shopping here unless you want additional anxiety on your wedding.

Saved us from being in the cold waiting. Also they have so many fabrics that allow for endless possibilities.. perfect if your trying to make a Dr Strange Cape.

I think they boast to have highest collection of turbans/pag/dastaar color selection. You want to buy any color pag/turban , just come here and also get it stitched for additional $15
