We have been to so many different furniture stores and finally we purchased one set from Sandy's over the weekend with Jerry Ma's help. Jerry has a great wealth of knowledge about all aspects of furniture, worked patiently to answer our questions and meet our requirements, and gave us excellent advice on style, size, finish, etc. We greatly appreciate Jerry's professionalism, honesty and superior customer service! Will definitely go back to Sandy's and Jerry for our future furniture purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zareen was great from the moment we stepped in the store. She was very attentive and listened very carefully to see what we need and presented the available options even offered to customize it to better meet our demand.
The important part of her service was that even though she showed us the options, she wasn’t forceful or misguiding.
I will definitely recommend her as she is very customer service oriented and knowledgeable.

I also received absolutely above and beyond service from Mario and Ryan when they delivered my Sofa-bed. Despite what looked like an impossible task getting it into the room they did it!! True initiative and customer care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales staff were so helpful and went out of their way to help us find what we wanted, even calculated the number of pieces and dimensions on our custom piece. On delivery day, the delivery guys were very professional and respectful of our home. They also went out of their way to help us assemble and arrange everything just as we wanted.
Our new sectional couch is awesome; we're very happy!
