We went to Ashley Furniture today on United Blvd where we were helped by the most amazing sales associate!
Because of his kindness, knowledge and enthusiasm we chose to purchase from them.

I highly recommend him and will come back to the store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service I received at Ashley HomeStore was outstanding. Our salesman was helpful but not pushy. He managed to order us the furniture we wanted, which was available and delivered in less than two weeks.
The two guys who delivered our furniture were also outstanding. They were professional, overly helpful, and on time.
A month later, we are completely satisfied with our purchase and the impressive quality of our two piece sectional and chair.

Right upon entering the location, he welcomed me right away with a nice greeting, and ensured he was there to help out if I had any questions or needed help with anything. Not only he answered all of my questions, I appreciated most that he was very helpful with making suggestions that matched my needs, based on our conversation of what I was looking for. Coming from sales myself, I appreciate that Chad was very knowledgeable, approachable, and followed all of the steps to ensure client satisfaction was top priority. Thanks for your help today in assisting me with my latest purchase, Chad! Highly recommend him for your furniture purchase needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Michael was great! Very patient as we were shopping for a love seat recliner and couldn’t decide which one. He gave us all the info we needed to make the right decision. Very happy with the selection and prices at Ashley’s. We had gone through 3 furniture stores and online and this was the best selection and service. We were recommended to this store by friends and we recommend them too. Only issue (and it’s not Ashley’s fault) is due to shipping issues we won’t get our furniture for 3-6 months but we only had to put 30% down so I’m fine with that. Will be back when we need to buy new stuff. Thanks again Michael!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ashley Furniture USED to be the location to get quality built Furniture. This was NOT the case. We paid a substantial amount of money and waited 5+ months for a recliner and were VERY unsatisfied with the workmanship and quality of the product. Ashley Furniture was unable to rectify our obvious issues, so I would NOT recommend this location for anyone in need of quality built furniture.
