Sean at the Coquitlam location was great to deal with. Super friendly and patient, bringing down accent chairs for us to match up with the sectional we were going to buy. Going online for us to look at color options. The purchasing process of the experience has been great so far. We're expecting delivery to our new apartment in June, and hopefully that experience is as good as the purchase experience. Will update once we receive delivery.

We had a great experience at Leon’s, Michael helped us pick a couch that was perfect for us and he was very polite and knowledgeable. The couch was delayed a little however the costumer care team and Peter made sure to keep us informed and they were extremely polite and helpful. We love our new couch and will definitely come to Leon’s next time we need some furniture!

We purchased our sofa and chair at this location a few months ago. Angela was very helpful and knowledgeable aiding us in our decision to choose the right couch and chair for my pregnant wife and me. We needed a couch that would be good for nursing the newborn and keeping us comfortable at the same time, as well as look great! She was very patient and answered all of our questions. Now that our baby has arrived, we are very pleased with what we chose. Great customer service from Angela and the whole team at Leons down to the final delivery. Thanks!

My boyfriend and I went in on July 24th to purchase a couch for our new place we were moving into mid August. My BF had Shawn M. help him the day prior when I was unavailable, and he took me back to show me the couches he liked so we could pick one. Shawn was very helpful and informative. Although, we picked the delivery date for August 14th, and they said they will call us the day before to give us a timeframe for the delivery. 6:30pm on the 13th comes around and no call. My BF called the store and the representative he spoke to said they were out of stock and won’t have the couch we ordered until the end of August. My BF explained how we were supposed to have it delivered the next day and the rep on the phone said he would get Shawn to contact us. He did the following morning and said it was a miscommunication as it was out of stock at the time we purchased the couch AND picked a delivery date which we had agreed on this date verbally with Shawn himself. We were offered to have the delivery fee ($80 of the $1800 we spent) waived for delivery which my BF accepted since at least it was something for the frustration. My BF has still not received this $80 charge refunded like they said they would. We then received a call saying that we would have our couch delivered on the 21st. We received the couch but there is no assembly included. The delivery guys were super nice and fast but darted out before I could even ask about assembly. No instructions are included either, so we searched around online and had to deal with that on our own. We were left wondering how it all goes together, as well as a pile of plastic and cardboard. Overall not too impressed with our experience with Leon’s. We love our couch and are happy we got it, but ultimately felt like they are in it for the money and not the customer experience.

We bought a couch from Leon's last year, and it was great! A few months passed and we noticed a small manufacturing issue in the stitching. So we called Leon's to see if they could fix it up. Leon's went above and beyond anything that we ever expected. They actually replaced the couch with a brand new one shortly after. That was absolutely incredible and their level of customer service remains unsurpassed. Thank you so much for taking such good care of your customers!

It was our first time shopping at Leon's in Coquitlam this weekend. We were surprised with the reasonably priced furniture as well as the great customers service we received. Sean J. was knowledgeable about the products we were looking for. He was patient, not pushy, he made our purchase experience very enjoyable. The customer service at Leon's is excellent and professional in comparison to the competitors down the street where their sales were sitting around playing on their phones. Leon's will definitely be our new go to for furniture and appliances. Thank you Sean!

Thanks to Kasra and Peter, I got a great couch for a great price. and it was delivered very quickly! They estimated it will be in January 2022 but instead it arrived very quickly in November 2021 When I ordered it in October of 2021. I would definitely go there and buy again!

I've tried to write this review a few times but it was always really long and I kept trying to shorten it, but I've decided maybe it's better I don't. The short summary is this: Whenever I need furniture, Leon's Coquitlam is now my first port of call because I know I can trust their team to care about my order. Now for the longer review if you're willing to find out why I said that: I purchased some special-order furniture (bad idea in a pandemic) and there were numerous delays. Shawn M. kept me informed regularly and presented other options when it was clear the delay might drag on. Being stubborn, it took a while for me to consider any of them. Thankfully Shawn was very patient with my frustrations and never tried to pressure me toward an alternative and just mentioned them as they presented themselves. Leanne was also amazing here, wanting to make sure if there was a potential solution, it was discussed. This in itself says how much integrity the Coquitlam team operate with. At some point after an update, I decided that I'd like to consider the alternatives and contacted Shawn. It felt like he and Olga made it their personal mission to get me the absolute best outcome if I wasn't going to get exactly what I had ordered. They pulled out all the stops, we came to a favorable agreement and I had my new sofa setup delivered and installed a couple of days later. The sofa is amazing, and when there was an issue with the power supply, it was trouble-shot within a couple of hours. In my opinion they went far above and beyond what I could have expected for the purchase of a sofa. I can't recommend them enough.
