R	Reev U on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wandered their store for 20 minutes without so much as a 'hello,' or 'can I help you?' I was ignored the entire time and was the only one in the store! After experiencing this nonexistent customer service I read their reviews and after seeing so many other people with this same complaint, it's pretty shocking they've done nothing to correct this. Take your business elsewhere, I certainly did.

If you like spending almost 500 dollars on a floor lamp, paying for it, and have 4 employees behind counter.... and not a single one of them say "thank you," after, or during paying.... then go here! I bought (and now returned) a floor lamp on Jan 16th 2021. It was $399 plus tax. 4 employees standing around behind the counter and not a single "thank you." This was the worst lamp buying experience... i returned the lamp and will NEVER step foot in this "store" again. Lets hope the staff there get trained on how to treat their paying customers with at least the BASIC customer service! Thank you.
A	Adam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upgrading your lights can really change a room and is very easy to do. So if you want a huge selection of stylish lighting options this is a great place to check out. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Get rid of those functional but ugly builders grade lighting and upgrade not just your room but the whole look of your home.

Two people behind the counter looked up and said nothing, carried on their conversation. A third employee asked if we needed help as we were about to go upstairs to the second floor. We said we were looking for pendant lighting, and she said only Tiffany and chandeliers upstairs. We decided to go up anyhow and found there were in fact a couple more styles of pendant lighting there. Not the most helpful experience. We left.

I brought it in and Ray was immediately on the job and fixed it up nice and quick! Everyone was friendly and just lovely, and Ray and I bonded over our cats who walk on leash (yay Tony)! Thanks so much Ray!
M	Michelle W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID THIS PLACE! Extremely low quality products and they don’t refund defect products?. I purchased a pair of lamps from vancouver lighting store in Coquitlam. Cost $100 each, these lamps are extremely low quality. The lamp shade broke and cracked even with the lightest pressure when I try to install them. I took them back to the store, the front desk lady named Lorrie was extremely rude. She said “it’s over 7 days already.” I said “but it’s a defect item.” She replied “It’s non of our business.” ?? Absolutely Worst customer service + BAD products. This place is a scam.
