Debbie in the seasonal dept went about and beyond with my customer service experience. I called in the morning to put a Patio set on hold for me. Bought the set that was on hold and didn't get a chance to say thank you to Debbie. She called me a couple of hours later to make sure if it was me who bought trh set on hold because they only had one set left. (4 in total in the morning) Thank again and will definitely be coming back!

Celestine  helped us purchasing stainless steel  fridge, dishwasher and microwave in feb 05, 2022 We were treated awesome by Celestine . She knows her job very well for sure. She's funny , reliable and a good sales woman who knows how to make all the costumers  happy  and gave as discount ?. We had many experience with many staff before in Home Depot but I never met a perfect emplyee who could answer our many questions . She deserves Wage increase ?? .Make sure You guys  gonna keep her employed for a very long time. We need saleswoman just like her. Thank you Celestine !  It was pleasure dealing with you.   We will gonna look for you when we plan to  buy other items in the future. Kathy and Gabriel

I went there yesterday and I met Dennis , he is such a nice person and helpful as well. The store was about to close in 2 minutes but he helped us until we finished shopping, as well as he brought a cart to put our stuff in it. This type of people greatly helps the success of the store.

Went to exchange some smart bulbs only to realize that I had the wrong receipt. The customer service lady was super patient, didn't rush me at all and was most helpful. In the end, offered a solution to my inability to pull up the proper receipt for the exchange and did so solely to prove great customer service!! I'm sad I can't remember her name, she did a great job!

I had an appalling experience with Home Depot’s flooring services. It took me almost a month to just get a quote from the flooring company (Advance Flooring), and another 2 months to wait for them to install the vinyl floor. When the installers showed up, they told me they would not put the baseboards back as it’s not included in the quote. They did not bring the tools to glue the baseboards back; however, they said the company would send someone else to do so and it would only take 10 mins. From here, everything went downhill. The Advance Flooring contacted me when the installer was about to finish their part of the job. They told me that they would not install the baseboard back because I did not pay for it, and they would report this to Home Depot. A Home Depot representative called me 15 mins later and told me that it would cost me another $300 to send someone over just to glue the baseboards back (about 11 linear feet). Furthermore, even if I paid right away, they wouldn’t know when they would have someone available. I told the representative that I did not know much about the flooring installation that’s why I trusted Home Depot. The Home Depot specialist also went through the quotes with me and did not find out the baseboard installation was missing. Nonetheless, I had to take the whole responsibility. The representative stated that she would talk to her supervisor on Monday as it was Friday, and they were closing soon. They would contact me on Monday to see what they could do. Up until today (Wednesday night) I still hadn’t heard anything from them! Worst of all, they also damaged my wall. I never thought this experience would be such an awful lesson I had to learn from Home Depot. I would never trust this company again. Avoid their services!

INCREDIBLY BAD delivery and customer services. No-show on the delivery day, without any notice. All the staff were passing/blaming their responsibility, in the end even blaming the customer. They seemed unwilling to want to help or work. I bought a laundry machine model that was a couple hundred dollars more expensive based on their stock and delivery promise as opposed to models that would arrive only after the Holidays. I purchased all the hoses and clamps the seller told me were necessary for installation. They also wanted me to disconnect my laundry unit all by myself so I had to hire a third party person for that. They changed the delivery day 3 times! and No show without notice, as I had to call them myself to find out why they were a no-show. Didn't expect that my appliance would sit disconnected at home for a month, not able to do laundry. When it finally got delivered today the delivery guy told me there was a missing connector for the installation and just bailed, didn't connect anything and just left the appliance in the hallway. During all the phone calls for fixing this mess, they didn't listen and just kept blowing off my case, they never even apologized for all the hassle and kept blaming other staff members and even blamed me for not knowing anything about vent sizes. From the start I told them I don't know anything about machine installation, so I just followed their guide and bought everything they mentioned. Never was the missing piece brought up. How am I supposed to know all the caveats of the installation work?!!?!! How about instead of blaming the customer as they ended up doing, rather give more information earlier and correctly guide the customer in the process. So instead of an included installation now they told me to hire a third party plumber or pay an install fee. Which was never mentioned when I purchased the machine. During one of the phone calls, one of the customer service staff members told me to just don't bother her and to talk with a manager and she hung up the phone on me on propose (appliance staff Sarah). I was shocked. Very rude to raise your voice and yell at a customer. What a mess of a process and customer service. I never had a horrible experience like this from any other vendor. They STILL DIDN'T complete this order as of writing, for something that was originally supposed to get delivered and installed a month ago.

While the curbside pickup is a great option this home Depot are lacking on actually doing it. I got the email in the morning that my pickup order was ready , roughly 8 items. I got to home Depot around noon and did the " I'm here" pick up check in. Waited about 20 mins ...nothing ...waited another 20 and nothing. I gave a guy in the parking lot a jump during this time. After about an hour I went in and talked to the staff who seemed to be chilling and not busy. Asked about my order and they said it hadn't been picked yet. Another lady beside me had the exact same issue. All in all it might be better to skip curbside pickup at this location. You can do your own shopping faster than the staff could get it together. Not an efficient process

The only big problem here is that there’s not enough employees to be found when you need help. I tried to find someone for help and I had to walk for a bit to find one. Otherwise great selection of items, great service, knowledgeable staff, and friendly. I would recommend coming here for your everyday home needs.
