I take my car in here regularly for servicing. They are professional and polite. They always go over any recommended services with me and explain any questions I have.

*** edited to 3 stars after contacting Andrew service manager who worked hard to rectify the situation to ensure I only paid what was communicated and my understanding. I appreciate their commitment to resolving the issue. Andrew's service should be 5 stars but only gave 3 as an average of the interaction. ***** Original review as follows: Terrible service - discussed diagnostic service and brakes service verbally and confirmed $95 fee and was waiving the diagnostic fee. Created an authorization to proceed for me to sign which said some 225 bucks... I said whats this... he says its an auto-generated bill. So I struck out the costs in front of him and listed the 95 as discussed. I signed - he watched. They come out and say brakes and roters need done. No paper work just scribbles. I said no to the front and yes to the back. I asked for a total and he added cost of parts we discussed plus 250 labour and then added 12 percent tax on his cell phone for 560 bucks I come back to get my car and they want some 850. I say it was supposed to be 560. They fight with me claiming they had authorization to proceed when I point to that document it was for 95 bucks only plus parts and labour. Actually, I had asked for a total and was today 560 taxes in. He writes it up again and somehow adds 43 bucks in shop fees to boot. He takes those off but not without commenting "wow" and throwing things around like I was dishonest. Unclear prices, unprofessional service and it appears love to throw in additional costs the entire way so you have no idea what you're paying.

I had an appointment to swap my winter tires out and requested to be taken to my workplace which is about 7 minutes away from the dealership. The advisor I dealt with was Jamie who told me to have a seat and wait. I waited an hour for the shuttle and when I was dropped off, I asked to be picked up in an hour as I knew the service department would be closing at 6 and was given the response of β€œnot sure”. So I was left, not picked up and by this time, the service department was closed. I called the dealership a couple of times, was told someone was on their way but no one was. I called back again and get the number of another advisor who then gets a hold of Jamie. I’m thankful that Jamie came to pick me up even though it was on his own time. Who knows what would have if he didn’t pick me up. I was beyond upset about this whole and was offered a free oil change by Jamie. I called the next day and spoke to the service manager who of course apologized about the situation and offered me a free oil change and car detail. I don’t think that can make up for the disregard and lack of professionalism I encountered. This is not at all acceptable to treat your customers!!!!!

I was told my car would be ready for pick up the next day once they received the part ordered. On the next day, I called four times and each time the receptionist told me that a person was looking into my case and would call me back shortly, which never happened. On my fifth call, I demanded to be transfered to the person in charge, only to find out he had never looked into my case and that the part ordered would take 2 to 6 weeks to arrive. I wonder when would they have told me my car's real situation if I hadn't called. It feels like they simply forgot about me. Really disrespectful.

Arrived early for my set appointment and asked to have my car serviced sooner as i needed to take my wife to hospital for an important procedure. Service team pulled thru and had my car done within 45minutes. Eventhough it was just an oil change, they were able to send me away ahead of schedule and was very happy with their understanding and support. Thank you!

Leaving a review for the service department. Ryan was our advisor. He took care of us and didn’t make it feel like we were being taken advantage of. He showed a list of recommendations but said we didn’t have to do it all instead showed us the most important things to do and to do the next ones on the next service which we will gladly be doing. Ryan was such a pleasant to work with and after going through west coast Kia we were hesitant but we will gladly return to deal with Ryan. Couldn’t recommend him any higher. Thanks again Ryan!

Very good dealership to service car. They know what they are doing. The service advisor went through all the recommended services and on top explained their importance of changing fluids. I also had done my research on it and never had an issue on top of that after doing a performance oil change I noticed my fuel economy was restored to what I was actually getting. i would highly recommend them.

Update: Yesterday, I had flat tire due to a nail. Jeremy and Walter got it fixed through their tech in less than an hour and charged me just $25 for the service. They are awesome. ****** One of the best service team led by Andrew (service team manager). Jeremy and Matt at front desk and Raymond at service make sure your car is safe to drive. Previously a dealer sold me a car with no thread and seized rear wheels. Andrew and Raymond identified it and made sure I got a new safe car that I regularly get services from this team. Fantastic service providers.
