This dealership deserves a review and definitely a 5 star rating! Our family was in dying need of a car and due to the shortage we couldn't find anything in the lot. Well, ofcourse we also needed a car that would stay within our budget as well.. we came across this dealership since we were previous hyundai owners and we were immediately helped by Frank. Frank DeMichele, thats the person you need to talk to. He was there to help us from start to finish. Very detailed about tje car and its safety, very honest specially when it comes to your budget and gave us an unbeatable price for our car! I asked him when we got to the dealership if we could get a car today, and he said he would try his best to make it happen. And he did. We are very pleased with the service of this dealership and also looooove the car that we got! Thank you so much, Frank ang hyundai lougheed!

Gregg was amazing at helping me get into a new car. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Gives you straight answers and tells you how it is. Alfred was great at getting me approved for financing at the rate i wanted. Staff overall are polite and friendly. Gregg definitely went above and beyond for me. First off, apologies to Frank and Alfred for not writing this review sooner. This is Nova. The TLDR version of this review is: I'm going to be purchasing all my future vehicles from this place because of how good they are. Also Nolan Speller, i just read your review on this place from 3 weeks ago....you're buying a demo (read: used) car during a chip shortage AND a car buying crisis. And you're complaining you paid a bit more than expected. Are you high or stupid? Moving on. I bought a 2022 hyandai elantra hybrid ultimate trim from this location through Frank. To preface: I knew exactly what I wanted before going in there, as well as already having been to two different dealerships prior. Put my deposit down in Oct 2021 and received my vehicle on Feb 26 2022. At no point did I feel pressured or coerced, unlike the previous 2 dealerships (guildford hyandai cough cough). Frank was very knowledgeable and respected that I knew what I wanted and helped me to get it. Alfred from the financing department was also a pleasure to work with. Explained all the options available to me and helped secure financing for my new car. I really have no complaints, delays are a global issue now and I won't fault individuals for something as big as a chip shortage. This is the biggest purchase I've ever made and it's also the first ever new car I've gotten. Frank and Alfredade made that possible, thank you to both of you. Also, the hybrid is "supposed" to get 1000km a tank. It's more like 650ish. I find with my commute, trying to keep it in EV mode as long as possible, still costs me about 6.5 to 7.0L per 100km. What I want anyone reading this review to know is this: do not waste anyone's time including yours, please do your research AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, KNOW WHAT YOU WANT before stepping foot into a dealership. There's a chip shortage, don't be an idiot and go in there absent-mindedly. Edit: license plate pictured has since changed, good luck finding me ?

I recently made a purchase at Lougheed Hyundai Everyone I worked with was great. Sid was super helpful and patient with my questions. Finance team was excellent with all my paperwork and finance questions and getting my comfortable with being able to drive the actual car. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

He is welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend Sid at Lougheed Hyundai. I was also impressed with the efficiency of the finance team there. Just recently purchased a Kona EV. After 7 months of waiting, my vehicle finally arrived. Sid is the man that facilitated everything from order reservation to final sale. With the increasing ever-busy dealerships in today's automotive market, Lougheed Hyundai stand out by still being attentive to their environment and do their best to acknowledge each and every customer presence. When you get a chance to speak with one of their staff, they are very polite and professional. What stuck out for me was when the COVID restrictions were lifted in BC, such as indoor mask-wearing, I noticed all their staff kept their masks on. It is an excellent example of professionalism and displaying courtesy to their customers by helping to ensure a comfortable environment for them. From our first step into the showroom where Sid and Howard warmly welcomed us and until we drove off the lot in our new Hyundai, the experience we encountered was beyond exceptional. Thus, I wanted to take this time to provide our honest review as we've been to a few other dealerships in the lower mainland. From our personal experience, they were nowhere near the customer service quality we encountered with Lougheed Hyundai. Perhaps because of the global shortage of semiconductors and supply chain issues, most other dealerships we've faced seemed to have lowered their bar on customer service – most likely because the demand for new/used vehicles is high. Therefore, I assume that the effort to sell is not as difficult as before. Nonetheless, the staff at Lougheed Hyundai always made us feel welcomed and appreciated. But don't take my word for it! I encourage you to see for yourself as there is no commitment necessary after visiting them. Furthermore, although we had to wait a few months for our new vehicle, the staff continuously provided updates to ensure we were still on track to obtaining possession on the set date. Overall the staff at Lougheed Hyundai went above and beyond to ensure that our questions were answered. They further reinforced this by ensuring we didn't leave the dealership without feeling satisfied and happy with our purchase decision.
