Dishonest and inflated prices... Please do your due diligence before going to this Kia showroom at United Blvd. My family did not have a great experience with them . If you want to buy the car with them order a new one from factory which will cost you less unless it is urgent for you. We were looking for a new small car . We were evaluating all the small cars and Kia is the last showroom we visited. The sales guys ( I am putting his name here) was great about telling us all the features and taking us for a test drive ( 5 starts for that) but he was not transparent with us. He asked us what is the big factor for us while buying and we told him cost and also we told him we can wait for few months for the new car We asked him to order a new car for us but he forced us to sign for the one in the showroom. He did not tell us that one in the showroom cost us 3K more. On top of that he pretended to give us some discounts and free oil change . But even with all those add in we ended up paying 3K extra. We told him we will come next day to sign papers having given 2K as token money but he made us wait till 9:30 to sign paper . We asked him if car in showroom cost same as car ordered through factory and we were told it is same. Most of my family members were so tired that day that they slept without food that day. Our fault is that we should have called or visited other Kia showroom before signing papers. Next day we visited 2 different Kia showrooms and the price of the car was 3K less than what this showroom charged us. We went to Kia West again to cancel the car and we were told nothing can happen as papers have been send for processing. The manager told us the showroom had to sell the car and if it would not have been us it would have been someone else . The manager also said they used to sell 300 cars earlier and now they sell 150 and they have to pay commissions and salaries. I agree with all that but does that mean they have to be dishonest with the customers to sell the vehicles ?? Manager did ended up giving us $750 credit for servicing or any other improvements but whole experience left bitter taste . Never ever going to this showroom again for another car.

we recently bought 2 KIA forte 2021 It was amazing service given by Raghavdeep Sales Person. He had explained each and every in a details about car as well as finance. Me and my friend both are happy to have our new cars. Thank you to Raghavdeep and KIA for such a stunning cars. ☺️☺️

Jonas did a great job and very thorough sales person. Took us through all the features of the Kia Soul EV that we got. Shayne in the finance department was great as well. Very helpful and took the time to make sure I was informed with all the relevant information. Joe in the insurance group was also great. He helped get my insurance moved over and helped inform me about 3rd party options. All in all my experience at KIA West was wonderful and would I would highly recommend.

Jonas was the man! Very knowledgeable about all the products and got me into my brand new luxury Kia Forte in no time! Very personable fellow who made me and my family feel very welcomed. I have already recommended Jonas to multiple of my colleagues who are looking to buy a new car. Kia West was good to work with overall. Jules was my salesman - he was great to work with. Always personable, prompt, and willing to handle any requests or questions I had. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car from here. I worked with Corey for the financing; he was also great to work with. Very informative and made the process as easy and painless as possible. With this time of year and situations with the pandemic, it was understandably hectic. The team I worked with at Kia West was usually up front about this and appeared to make their best efforts despite the circumstances.

Great customer service and work ethic. Manager (Noah) and Sales Representative (Ethan) did great job on giving me a great deal. Got the best value for my trade in and didn’t even had to negotiate because they gave me the best value at first place. Finance team is really great (Shayne), got me approval in no time.
