I don't have the best credit and in this case was unsure if a would pass the pre qualifications .
Nikki went above and beyond my expectations to search for a loan company that would accept me. She also managed to get me a wonderful APR rate.

She kept us updated every step of the way and made sure the car was cleaner then clean when we took possession.

We were concerned about a potential engine issue after the sale had already been concluded. Basil linked us up with a mechanic and made sure it was sorted out (it turned out to be a minor issue). I was impressed with how available Basil made himself, always returning our calls and messages ASAP. Very reassuring when you are buying a car.
