★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to ask about a car they had advertised on craigslist, when I spoke to the salesperson he was extremely rude when I started asking about the mechanical condition of the car, and even hung up on me! I will definitely not be visiting them after that interaction.

Me and my father were very happy after the professional and friendly service we got here. Will definitely buy from him again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Back in 2014, I was trying to sell my 2009 Lexus ES350, which was valued at $15,600 according to black book. Brandon Hong told me that no one would pay me that much and offered me $12500 instead. I thought i personally knew him at the time and didn’t think he would swindle me, so i took the offer. The car was in perfect condition...new set of rims through manufacturer warranty and new set of tires. I even did every scheduled maintenance at a Lexus daelership. He paid $11200 up front and I had to haggle him 2 weeks later for the remaining $1300. A few days later, I checked back on their website to find out that they listed the car at $18,900!!! Even if they spent some money to make the car pretty, I doubt that they spent more than $500 on it. They made nearly 50% profit by lying. To put this in perspective, used car dealership makes about 20% margin per car on average. Avoid this used car dealership at all cost.
