G	Grace Campbell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Came to buy a truck at Silver fox on July 12 ,2021 and was told I couldn't test drive on the highway .That i needed to buy it right way because someone else had a deposit on it if i wanted it i would have to pay for it then take it for a drive. They gave me no other option to be able to test drive it on the highway unless I bought it . I thought I could trust the dealership so I paid for the truck. When my family and i went for a Drive ,The Truck stalled the ignitor lights turned on that it has ignition problems it started having a knocking sound ,the passenger airbag doesn't work,the wheel shakes , the breaks needed to be fixed,gas leaking . He never changed the oil .He didn't Fix this Truck at all . Since Day one I have tried to get a hold of him ,when would be a great time to come in to discuss the truck cause it has a bunch of problems he tells me he's busy everyday. I went in a few times at 4pm .He tells me he's closing at 4pm but the hours he closes at 6pm. I also was told that his business partner was rude and didn't let us test drive the truck cause he said we Didn't look like serious buyers .That is why he treated us with disrespect. When he had customers he was extremely nice telling me he would trade a suv for the truck now hes saying hes only going to give me half of what i paid back that was my only option Wouldn't wish this on anyone to get sold a truck that doesn't work. I would Definitely would never recommend this Car dealership .

In the first 3 weeks service engine light came on and then all in the space of a couple of months the alternator and timing chain went. The guy I dealt with also recommended getting the warranty however the warranty would not fix the parts until they had completely stopped working. Would not recommend as I had to put the car for scrap.

I got a chance to test drive second time I came back to check out the car. And when I finally decided to buy this, Assad gave my the best offer I could find and I did all the document in the shop without going to ICBC or anything. So overall, I recommend this place for second hand car buying through my experience.

Assad was extremely helpfull, provided me with all the information that I required, and even held the vehicle for me until I could travel to the dealership 3 days later. There was absolutely no pressure, and the final paperwork was ready to go when I arrived. I would purchase another vehicle from Silver Fox without hesitation. This kind of service is hard to find.

The owner, Assad, spent a lot of time with us explaining the history of the car and showed us the car inspection findings. Assad let us check out the car on our own and my daughter and I took it for a test drive on our own. We never felt rushed or bothered by a sales person. We bought the car and after about three weeks we had a problem with the battery. I called Assad and he sent his employee to our house in North Vancouver and replaced the battery with a new one. I think that was very generous and fair. Assad said he didn’t want to risk having my daughter get stranded if the battery didn’t work. In addition to that, there was a small chip in the windshield when we bought the car and Assad had that fixed too by a company that came to our house. I think Assad is an honourable person and I would definitely buy from him again. Our car runs great!

He was extremely prompt with his reply and the next day I was able to go take a look. He was extremely welcoming and answered the many (and I mean many) questions I had, and provided me with plenty of information about the history of the truck. There was never any pressure to buy, but I am very glad I did! I would recommend SilverFox to anyone, and I love my truck! Thanks Assad!
