Dont buy from this dealership. They are liars and try to rip you off. They sell bad cars and say there is nothing wrong with them. They try and up prices after you've come to an agreement saying that they're losing money. 0 stars if I could, I hope everyone sees this! P.s the one 5 star review is from their own worker.

I assure he (O & M) will make sure to rip you off. I dropped my car for servicing ( engine & transmission oil change). I got charged for both engine and transmission oil change. But he never did it. I later came to know that he never changed oil after going to Canadian tire after one week for some other reason. Apart from that my friend charged for synthetic engine oil change but he used regular oil.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I would give zero stars if I could. These guys are dishonest and greedy. After putting down a deposit and having a vehicle inspected by my mechanic, we arranged to come and purchase the car. When we showed up the next day after confirming the night before, we were then told that "one of the other salesmen" already sold the car to someone else. They made us make the drive all the way to Surrey, even though they had already sold the car. They are rude on the phone, and too cowardly to admit they didn't want to sell the vehicle to us at the agreed price.

BEAWARE GUYS. AVOID KG AUTOS AT ALL COST. i found there add for a cargo van whick was listed for around $9000 something. I messaged them on facebook and asked them that i am really interested and what is final price they are willing to sell it for. By the time i checked their reviews and saw alot of negative reviews and i changed my mind to go to them. Meanwhile KG message back sayin that it will be the final price. I politely declined saying that there are some bad reviews on google about them and that i am not interested to buy the van. And ended the conversation saying " Thanks for your time". I guess i hurted their ego. I started getting replies saying that regardless the price was final, so it does not matter. I said thanks. Again got reply back as follow "LIKE YOU HATE MONEY, WE LOVE MAKING PROFIT". Dont know about the quality of their cars but as far as customer service goes and way of talking to clients. They are worst.

They seems to like a nice people working there,Good customer service . But if you really want a car without any issues after buying you should make sure about the details of the car and check every damn single things otherwise you will lose a lot.

I'll echo the others, AVOID AT ALL COST! Greasy car lot tricks like raising the price $1000 after you call to make sure the vehicle is still available.. Another review mentioned they were doing this 2 years ago. September 2019, same old tricks. Selling vehicles with "clean title" and you come to find out you need a provincial inspection to insure.. Nice and friendly, agreeable sales and owner, but true scumbags

DO NOT BUY VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALER! I bought a vehicle from them recently and the first two weeks I realized the steering column was broken, The warranty covers almost nothing so that was $1000 out of pocket just to make this vehicle safe to drive. then not even 15 days after that the RPMS are acting up. now I have an expensive piece of metal in my driveway waiting to be fixed again! haven't even owned it for two months. I called them 29 days after buying the car and they were EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, told me a "deals a deal and too bad! it was only $5500 what did you expect" I am so upset, and don't wish this upon anyone! I have contacted the VSA and if that is unsuccessful I will be taking this company to court for false advertisement, and for not holding a safety standard on their vehicles. If you don't believe me just go and read their replays to other customers in the comments. unbelievably ignorant and rude. wish me luck on shutting this company down.

Ray went to great lengths to ensure that I walked away a satisfied customer. He and one of his team members, Bruno, reassured me that if there were any problems with my 2011 Toyota Camry, which I'd bought from their dealership, then they would attend to it immediately. And they actually did, surprisingly! These are men of their word, it seems. Keep in mind that it's a used vehicle that I'd bought - it's gonna have its share of setbacks, naturally. ... When I was driving the vehicle, yesterday, in the hot sun of the early evening, I realized that the visor on the driver's side was missing. lol!! I immediately called up Ray once I got home, and he told me to come in today and that he would attach a similar one on for me - free of charge (of course)! They not only did that for me, today, but there was a screw missing on the right side of my front license plate which they were more than more happy to replace! Thanks Bruno. When buying a used vehicle, you've gotta keep in mind that you're purchasing just that - a USED vehicle! Ray was totally transparent and open about providing me with the Carfax details, etc. This car gets me from point A to point B, which is all I need at these early stage of our business. The car looks sleek with it's metallic grey exterior. It's cloth interior is comfortable, spacious, and is pleasantly clean! What's best is that this vehicle is easy to handle. I'm so far quite happy with my purchase. Thank you Ray and Bruno. Thanks again! And it was nice conversing with you, Sam!!
