Had a wonderful experience purchasing my car here. It's a family business and when I dealt with Peter and James, unlike other dealers, they didn't pressure me into buying. When I realize there is something needs fixing, Peter asked me to write them down and he signed on the paper as well. I got my car the next day and have been driving it ever since! Update: Peter was very kind and helped me install an aftermarket device in my car, thank you very much Peter!!

Purchased my 2007 Toyota Corolla from James a few weeks ago and got an amazing deal with fantastic customer service. I took the car to my mechanic for an official inspection and he said it was in fantastic shape and that i got a steal. James was very upfront and had the carfax report and was very honest. Would highly recommend James at Bayshore Auto sales, they have a great selection and are very honest with great customer service. Pleasure doing business with them! Keep up the great work team.

Bought a Nissan Titan through Bayshore and had a completely negative experience. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from these scammers, because I wish we had never gotten involved with them. The truck we bought seemed to tick all the boxes when we test drove, and there was a few little things that the sales person said would be fixed by the time we had all the paperwork done. After leaving the lot, we didn’t even make it home before things started going wrong. The engine light came on (found out it didn’t have a catalytic converter), the 4x4 wasn’t working, blue smoke was billowing from the exhaust pipe, and tailgate didn’t latch properly (after they said it was fixed), the drivers and passenger doors didn’t always open, the list goes on. We called them to see what they would do about it since we had the warranty and kept getting led on for two weeks, just trying to get them to fix it to the condition it was advertised as (which we are legally in our rights to do). Luckily, after putting up a huge stink, they gave us our money back after a lot of back and forth. Long story short, it was a nightmare of an experience, and it’s obvious this company doesn’t care about honesty or selling safe, quality vehicles. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! *** edit: Bayshore replied to my review with long winded excuses saying I was lying (so professional!). My partner and I bought the truck TOGETHER and I am fully entitled to write a review based on our experience. It was a nightmare working with them, we did not leave happy. The numerous other 1 star reviews can attest that this business is extremely hit or miss and that their customer service is lacking. If you have to publicly trash talk people who give honest, negative reviews, you’ve got some big issues.

Bought an 08 Jeep Grand Cherokee, Quick and easy process. All paperwork/insurance done on the spot. Found some issues after purchasing and they were able to help me get the parts at discounts I needed.

Bought a 2007 Mazda Hatchback and got a great deal for a great car. Had it inspected when I got my first oil change and everything was good. Would go there again. James was very helpful and there's no pressure at all.

Everyone was very friendly. We drove down for one day to help our son find a car. They honoured the price even though they made a mistake and found out it was suppose to be much higher. They called their mechanic in on a Saturday morning to do a scan on the car we were interested in. Alias did our insurance on site which made it fast and convenient. He was friendly and made us laugh. We would go back again. Great overall experience.

I came from Vancouver Island to purchase a 1991 Mazda pickup from these guys. From beginning to end it was a great experience. I waited a few weeks before writing the review but the car continues to run great. Being a skeptic, I had the car looked at by a shop here but they found no major issues. I'm really happy with my purchase. Thanks for the great ride.
